Tip 1) Get more sleep - Really consider what your evening looks like and if the balance between staying up late is worth the potential added exhaustion tomorrow. Tip 2) Change your diet - I'm not referring to a complete overall of your diet but a great start is what you are having (or not having) for breakfast.  That giant cup of frozen desert you're calling coffee needs to stop. Tip 3) Teach your students to be polite - It's a valuable life skill that unfortunately many students are missing out on learning at home.  Start teaching it in your classroom and you'll learn what studies have already proven numerous time. Tip 4) Stop venting to others at school - We all do it and YES it is healthy for you.  It also creates huge problems both at school and for your daily mindset and emotions. Tip 5) Stay away from negative people - They are like a sponge and will suck you into their black cloud if you allow it.
