Summary: We always find that nonprofit work is one of the most fulfilling and most challenging opportunities out there. The Civitan foundation is one of those places where every person involved has a smile on their face. We were lucky enough to sit down and chat with, Dawn Trapp, who is the current Executive Director for the foundation. She helps us understand what it is that the foundation does and the opportunities in hopes to help bring in the future. Currently, the foundation is host to 200 + well-trained employees and 100+ eager volunteers for the happiness and fulfillment of those individuals with developmental issues.
