DoD earns "F" on FITARA scorecard, and other performance ratings for federal agencies

Summary: The Defense Department is the last agency to receive an “F” on the latest Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act, or FITARA, scorecard. But DoD is not alone in earning a bad grade on the bi-annual IT reform scorecard from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
