Summary: For many dental students and soon to be graduates, the steps and process of finding a job can be somewhat intimidating and confusing. There isn't one specific way to go about it, but when done correctly, it can have a lasting effect on your early growth as a dentist. On this episode of the SEID Podcast we are joined by our friend and fellow dental student (soon to be Doctor) Shane Wingler, who not only has just completed the rigor and stress of 4 years of dental school, but he has also found an exceptional opportunity in private practice. Shane was able to maneuver through the job search, associate contract, and negotiation phase successfully and shares some of that wisdom on the podcast.
