Summary: EPA Adminstrator Scott Pruitt faced a marathon session on Capitol Hill on Thursday, April 26. He was there to defend the Trump Administration's fiscal 2019 budget proposal for the agency. But a growing number of members are urging Pruitt to step down. Last week the GAO found the EPA broke federal spending laws when it spent $43,000 on a soundproof booth in Pruitt's office without notifying Congressional overseers.
