Summary: Few federal agencies are a storied as the FBI. The agency has been at the center of countless news stories over the years. Often it's the field agents who get the attention, the depictions in movies and TV shows, the glory. But somebody deep inside the FBI has to make sure the finances are straight. That job at the moment falls to Richard Haley, assistant director of the finance division and the chief financial officer.
