The Goslin case, found <a href="http://law.justia.com/cases/pennsylvania/superior-court/2017/1114-mda-2015.html">here</a>, is a case involving a student who accidentally brought a pocket knife into school. Joshua became involved while the case was being appealed because he saw more was at stake. As he explains, this case could pave the way in guns in Pennsylvania schools.<br> <br> We not only talk about the Goslin case, but also the <a href="https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/07pdf/07-290.pdf">Heller case</a>, which in 2008 settled the question of whether an individual’s right to “bear arms” is found in the Second Amendment.
