Summary: Two iconic radio broadcasters at Mississippi State - Jim Ellis and John Correro - decided to step away from the mic during football and basketball season, after almost 40 years together broadcasting Bulldog sporting events. When that decision was reached this spring, John Cohen and Learfield began scouring the country for their replacements. Neil Price, a Tennessee native who'd been working for the Kentucky Wildcats on the radio the past 12 years, comes to Starkville as the new "voice of the Bulldogs". Jay Perry, a Starkville native and Mississippi State graduate, takes over for Correro on the sidelines for Bulldog football radio broadcasts starting this fall.
