She has an active nutrition practice called Radiance Nutritional Therapy and she is a mother of two kids, married to a full time farmer, an author, a multimedia producer, a CrossFitter, and a graduate student currently working on becoming a Registered Dietitian in order to work more closely with the medical community and help more people get well through nutrient dense food.
