Summary: <div>This is the second of our two-part series on the 82nd Airborne Division on D Day. If you have not yet heard part one (episode 13), please stop, go back, and listen to that one first.<br><br>In part two we hear from our Paratroopers who landed in the small village of Sainte-Mère-Église, Normandy on the night of June 5th, 1944, charged with one of the most important missions in American history. We'll also hear from Maurice Renaud, the son of the village's mayor during the war, about his memories from that day.
