Indoor airPLUS Version 1 (Rev. 04) Construction Specifications (PDF)(18 pp, 1 MB) This document contains the revised Indoor airPLUS Version 1 (Rev. 04) Construction Specifications and verification checklist, as well as instructions for building and verifying Indoor airPLUS homes. Homes permitted starting 05/01/2018 are required to use Revision 4 of the Construction Specifications for qualification. For homes permitted before 05/01/2018, partners can use either Revision 3 or Revision 4 if desired. The Rater may define “permit date” as either the date that the permit was issued or the date of the contract on the home. Top of Page Indoor airPLUS Exemption Request Policy and Process v1.0 (PDF)(1 p, 64K) This Exemption Request Policy and Process document (active as of May 1, 2017) provides the opportunity for partners to request an exemption where a project(s) cannot meet one or more of the requirements or processes outlined in the program documents. Exemption requests may apply to a new interpretation, policy, or procedure, either for a specific project or broader application. Exemption requests should always reference the Specification Item in question. If a question arises that is not specifically addressed by the Indoor air PLUS Construction Specifications, a request for clarification can also be made following this process.
