Episode 148: Georges DuBoeuf 2013 Beaujolais Nouveau

Summary: OK, so I know its pretty much beaujolais “vieux” at this point, but here is our annual review of the Georges DuBoeuf. Who was there: Kate, Bryan, Chris, Jen, Joe, Tim and Jen2. What we talked about: Kate’s crazy long Dr. Who scarf, bad French wine that we’ve had, and Chris’s attempts at wine making. Color: light and bright ruby Nose: cherry, vanilla, and bright fruit Taste: Very light, with slight cherry fruit. No follow through from the rich nose. Tart with a cranberry quality.
