Summary: In most sports, there is some sort of break in the game.  A half time that allows you to gather yourself, evaluate your competition and adjust your game plan so you can end the game with a win.  In the real estate business, we also have a “half-time” where we can look at our business, evaluate our activities and success, and adjust our game plan so we can win.  It’s called July. HAAA  You have 6 more months to make things happen, and really, in real estate, you have 4 more months of activities that will provide results before the end of the year.
