Simon Kirchin is Reader in Philosophy at the University of Kent. He has interests in all areas of ethics, as well as aesthetics, political philosophy, epistemology and metaphysics. He is the author of Metaethics, and has edited a number of volumes, most recently one entitled Thick Concepts. He is currently writing a book about evaluative judgement.
