Summary: For Episode #256, we're joined by D'Wayne Edwards, Founder of the PENSOLE Footwear Design Academy, who announces the kick-off of the Future of Footwear design competition. Contestants can enter the various categories by heading over to Mesh01. All designs must be hand drawn and submitted before May 26, 2013. During Ep. #256 the OSD Crew also discusses how sneakers are being marketed by the likes of Nike as 'Elite', and how adidas caught a bad one when they attempted to market their "Rise To The Occasion" t-shirts that feature Louisville's Kevin Ware's number 5 on the t-shirt. (Thank goodness they chose to stop selling them because Kevin Ware and his family were not going to see a penny of the loot.)
