Summary: For as long as I can remember, I’ve heard pastors and Bible study teachers tell me that singleness is a gift. My initial instinct is to punch a wall. Seriously? Singleness, a gift? But as I’ve studied God’s word, the truth is that singleness is in fact described as a gift. As you begin day 2 of the “are you a satisfied single” Challenge, ask yourself whether you have ever accepted your singleness as a gift from God. Then be willing to own up to the answer.
