Joe's pick of the week is the Microplane grater I use most often for nutmeg and parmesan is the Classic Zester/Grater (and yes, it is excellent at getting zest off citrus). I also use a Course Grater when I want bigger pieces of cheese, not as universally useful, get the other one first. These suckers are sharp, if you are at all unsteady or nervous get yourself a protective glove, useful for other knife work as well. And don't miss Beth's article on growing winter greens indoors.
