Mind, Body and Soul Show show

Summary: Interview with Carrie Green-Organization Coach and a Decluttering Expert In early 2003, one of her clients asked her to become an organizational coach because she was looking for one. She had no idea what a coach was, but the more she learned about organizational coaching the more she realized that it held the key to helping her clients get to the bottom of their clutter and discover themselves. We discussed the distinction between cleaning up and getting organized. How clutter stops us from having more time, energy and money. Carrie said: "There’s a quote attributed to Michelangelo. Michelangelo. He said that sculpture is about discovering what already exists within the marble. So if you want to make a statue of David, just chip away everything that isn’t David, and –voila! — you have Michelangelo’s’ David. Decluttering is like sculpture – revealing the beauty and power within yourself that’s waiting to be uncovered." We talked about what we both did on the morning of 9/11 and several of our listeners have shared their experiences as well. Also, how to determine where we would be best served to spend our efforts so that we can bring exactly what we want into our lives rather then the confusion that is present for most people. About Carrie Green: She has a Wall Street background and a degree in economics. She spent 15 yrs working on Wall Street and ten years working at the New York Stock Exchange, more about Carrie here: http://carriethru.com/index.php/about/
