fine i'll explain it here. i got tired of being talked down to and was done changing what i was doing to meet the demands of the show, the in fighting, the lying, to the day to day running of joe fannings life. covering for his stories and just the down trotten nature of his life. i wanted to wipe my hands clean of this mess, but you want to drag it out so go a head.

The only "lying" was for legal issues as I said in your thread ("The End") Again, when it affects somebody you care about, it ISN'T for the air. According to him, you had no problem, in fact AGREED to go along with that matter. What other "lies" has he told? The only "demands" he made of you was to do what he asks on "HIS" show. What is so down "trotten" about his life? He is earning a college degree, has a great girlfriend who loves him, and aside from you, has friends who support him. Nobody else who is involved seems to have a problem with him on the air except for you. Either way, does that explain why you changed the name of the thread and deleted all of the links? You were a no show, refused to explain yourself or your week long absence, and FANDICK didn't say ONE WORD about you other than the fact that you weren't there last week and had no idea why. He even answered your call AFTER last Friday's incident on the Sunday show where you again, unexplainedly hung up. He, I, and MANY other people have said that you brought that show down, but he, I and nobody else had any intentions of talking badly about you, doing anything vindictive, or making any threats. The ONLY reason he put up with you for so long is because the evening slots were full at the time of his arrival to TINR and that you were the only one available to be a "co-host" during the day. Well, that has changed as will the show. (For the better) You seem to be dedicating alot of time to "getting back" at him with all that's "going on" in your life. And I still don't know what you're doing? If you felt that way, why did you stay for so long? He doesn't fight with anyone else who appears on his show that does what he asks.

From what I've heard, you got a little carried away with yourself. (Why I have no idea) Threatening to leave, calling him "daddy" saying that you should be "PAID" for being what amounts to a radio "speed bump" Telling, in fact DARING, him to replace you. Well, he HAS now and again, didn't say or do a THING to you, but you chose to do what you did. You have nobody to blame but yourself.

Again, more threats. He was kicked off for some cockfighting story and has admitted that yes, those "people" were the cause of him being watched. And again, you had no problem with not mentioning these things. Why you're doing it now is confusing to me. And I believe he has his school show back BECAUSE of the irrational nature of that group of people. Why you are betraying confidence is a mystery to me. Go ahead and align yourself with them if that's what you choose to do. It won't make in difference in his life. You are not needed, which is the only reason you were involved for so long in the first place. His old roommates were drug users and dealers. They tried to lie to the police about what was REALLY going on in that house. I understand that one of them will be arrested for burglary any day now. I have been friends with him since the 80's and if you cross him like that, yes, he will get you back. Again, why DIDN'T YOU just "walk away?" What the fuck is going on in here this morning?

This IS FANDICK.

I got home from Delaware late last night and woke up at around 10:30 THIS morning. I start unpacking and I get a call telling me that the thread name has been changed, all of the previous links to past shows have been removed and a fight has broken out between Mikey and Jay...(Ogre275)

From reading, I must say that I am THOROUGHLY confused. Jay and I had a minor, on air arguement at the end of Friday, October 27th's show. As far as I was concerned, it was just that. He called in to the following Sunday night's show, then hung up almost immediately. Again, no big deal. On the following Wednesday, Nov. 1, I called Jay at the same time I always call him for a short prep as usual...he didn't answer or return my call. As the time drew closer to go on the air, he had still not answered or called back. On the air, I said I don't know where Jay is or what's going on, but whatever. Mikey and Al were there so I did a show. I kept trying to get a hold of Jay throughout the week and still no answer or reply of any kind. I went to Delaware to spend the weekend with my girlfriend and Jay was supposed to play replays of the previous week's shows until Sunday. I heard music in my time slot and tried to get a hold of him again. Again, no answer or reply.

Then this morning, I see THIS shit. Mikey was aware of the situation. I asked him if I changed the time slot, to a previously unavailable time, if he would be a regular since Jay was M.I.A. He started a new thread and gave his opinion of Jay's actions and performance on the show. All of a sudden I see threats of betraying confidence for WHATEVER reason. I had no idea Jay felt the way he felt or why he did what he did but I had not SAID or DONE anything to him, on the air or off. I have no idea where this came from, but Mikey's comments are accurate. I have CONSTANTLY asked Jay to do or NOT do things on MY show that I didn't like. If he didn't agree or want to be a part of it, that would've been fine. Like Mikey said, he isn't the ONLY one who has this opinion of Jay, but he has been a friend of mine since the early 90's and is nephew to one of my BEST friends, Rich.

I called Jay this morning after talking to Mike and he finally answered. He answered by calling me a "motherfucker" and telling me that I was going to get "hurt" I asked him what the fuck this was all about and why he was doing what he was doing to wwhich he replied, "It's MY thread, and I can do what I want" He said he tried to walk away and apparently thought "Mikey" was me. I told him I had just gotten up and had NO IDEA what was going on until I read it and was wondering what the hell I did to him. He then told me that he had been recording all of our conversations and the threats started. I STILL had/have no idea what set him off or why he would threaten me like that. I haven't done a THING to him except ask him not to do the things on my show that I didn't approve of...I mean, it's MY show.

Yes, I was NOT in Chicago for those two weeks in September and couldn't talk about it for legal reasons until it was resolved. It HAS been as of late last week, and I WILL be talking about it Wednesday. As far as the school show, yes, I was being monitored heavily as a result of my maniacs and was told not to mention them anymore. I have said all of this on the air, regarding Jay AND them. I STILL have no idea why he is acting this way since I had NOTHING to do with this morning's events. Mikey is right, "walking away" though I didn't know he WAS, is not changing the name of the thread or deleting the links.

That is complete bullshit.

I am not going to make the same threats or talk about anyone's "down trotten" life because there is no reason to. I had no serious problems with Jay, but obviously HE does with me. I wish I had known so I could've done something about it sooner. NOBODY is forced to be on my show, and I've had NO problems, of THIS type, with anyone else who has come on.

Anyway, Jay is obviously happier now...fine. I am as well having a COMPETENT co-host(s) who do what I ask of them on MY show.

Better time slot, better co-host(s), better everything.

I wish Jay all the best in his "endeavors" whatever they entail.

Sorry for the bullshit that went on today...it was COMPLETELY unnecessary.

Sorry about the repeat tonight...just got power back after a transformer blow. Seems there were issues galore tonight.

"Tonite is the night for issues apparently.

Fandick will not be on tonite due to a transformer exploding near his house killing off the power. I'll put a replay in for him at 6pm.

The Badmonkey Show is hit and miss tonite as half the automation database crashed and I will be rebuilding it so that the station returns to the smooth running beast it has been for the last 6 months.

I'm not expecting to have to take the station down at all during this time, but I can't make any promises right now. Pretty much anything can happen. If you lose connection to the station, just try reconnecting a couple times and it should be back. Any interruptions that occur should be for less than a minute.

The Indigo Kitchen is off this week and I will be running one of their replays in that slot at 10pm.
