*W*elcome to *4th and Goal* (http://www.fantasyfootballcafe.com/radio.php), hosted by Michael Stephens and Nate Davis! So this is what it’s like...

Welcome to 4th and Goal, hosted by Michael Stephens and Nate Davis! So this is what it’s like when the fantasy grim reaper strikes, huh? We know many of you aren’t fans of the wide-spread injury bug that hit many NFL stars last week – heck, we didn’t like it very much either! The season-ending injury to Ronnie Brown, as well as the short-term losses of Cedric Benson, Michael Turner and Co. have left many backfields in need of help, and that’s what we’re here to do! With every injury comes an interesting side story and a new flavor of the week, so instead of dwelling on the past, we at 4th and Goal are dedicated to helping you cobble together the best darned squad you can possibly make each week! With an injury report that could possibly take forever and our other popular segments like Would you Rather, Locks and Flops and much more, episode 11 should be packed to the brim with all the information you need to complete your playoff push, so it’s time to call your best play or hit the showers, because it’s 4th and Goal!

INTRODUCTION
• Hosts: Michael and Nate
• 4th and Goal is brought to you by the Fantasy Football Cafe
• The show will come to you “live” every Friday afternoon
• Tweet with us, at 4thandG
• Have fantasy questions? Email us at 4thandgoal@fantasycaferadio.com
• Click here to access our feed (or copy-paste the URL and subscribe via iTunes)
• Or click here to listen to the show on your iPhone/smart phone with full web access.

QUICK SLANTS (0:54)
• Flea Flickers – an e-mail and a Twitter request from Nate
• Which shiny new FA acquisition deserves a start in week 11?
• Wounded Ducks (2:08)
• Six injured starting RBs and some platoon-mates of note as well
• A virtual cornucopia of injured WRs, from major relevance to hardly any at all…
• Injured tight ends on the mend, and one who’s moving in the wrong direction
• IDP meat wagon – over a dozen injured fantasy-relevant defenders for this week
• In the News – Knowing when to shut it down is an important skill…so is not doing drugs! (9:27)
• Hot Routes – game balls to last week’s top fantasy performers (10:37)
• Muffed Punts – the games of the week, not-top-10-style! (12:00)

CAFE TALK (13:28)
• Four topics from around the Cafe that “need” our pro bono help!
• When you have to pick from these four guys, you take whoever will get the most looks/touches!
• These QBs seem equal on paper, but a matchup misconception could mislead you…
• A QB problem we’d all love to have – both guys facing bottom-5 fantasy pass defenses!
• A flex problem that’s not really a problem at all!

LOCKS AND FLOPS (15:39)
• Last week we pulled out one of our best weeks yet on the locks, but took a step back on the flops…
• Three guys each host loves for the upcoming week – listen up and you’ll find out who they are!
• …and three more that aren’t worth a start this week – listen more closely to this part!

WOULD YOU RATHER (18:58)
• Last week: 5-0, our first truly perfect week of the season!
• When you’re platooning mediocre QBs, it’s all about the matchups!
• WW running backs with good matcups – whose is better?
• Two head-to-head WRs, but only one can be started this week…
• Even though he’s still a %$&*#$% soldier, you should start this mighty Osprey instead!
• There won’t be much of a letdown for this D/ST after last week’s monster effort! (Make sure to check out Comm1680’s defensive formula if you haven’t already – its a GREAT resource)

AGAINST THE SPREAD (21:24)
• Michael goes 3-2 while Nate can only manage a 1-4 week. The season series might be slipping from his grasps…
• Three picks against the spread – some raggedy matchups should make for interesting picks!
• Two over/under props – the biggest line of the week as well as the MNF game (as per usual)

CONCLUSION
• Check out the Fantasy Football Cafe
• Tweet with us, at 4thandG
• E-mail your fantasy questions to 4thandgoal@fantasycaferadio.com
• Click here to access our feed (or copy-paste the URL and subscribe via iTunes)
• Look forward to our next show (episode #12), which will most likely air 11/25/09 (because of Turkey Day)!

How to convert DVD to MOV files on Mac (OS X 10.6 included)

Have some awesome DVDs and want to import them to Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express or iMovie to create your own personalized movie? Or you would like to convert your favorite DVD movies to your Mac, either for backup or for playback on your MacBook during a family trip? In cases like these, you can rip your DVDs to MOV files on Mac.

To convert DVD (Commercial encrypted DVDs and homemade unencrypted DVDs included) to QuickTime MOV on Mac, a professional yet easy-to-use DVD Ripper for Mac (Click Here to get Intel version) can help you do the job with 3 simple steps. Plus, this DVD Ripper allows you to convert DVDs with the subtitle you like or without subtitles.

1.Load DVD to the program
Click “Load DVD” to find the DVD disc you want to convert. Select the VIDEO_TS folder and click OK. Check “Merge into one file” at the bottom of the program if you want to export one continuous MOV file instead of several MOV files.

2.Select “QuickTime MOV” as output format
Select MOV format from the output format dropdown list. If you want to put the output MOV file on your iPod, iPhone or other popular portable device, you can select an output format according to your device name! The default optimized setting makes the output QuickTime MOV video look good on your iPod’s screen.

Note: This smart DVD Ripper for Mac allows you to the whole DVD or certain title/chapter of the movie. You can also trim the DVD movie to get any segment of the DVD movie so you can just convert the selected DVD clip for FCP or iMovie for your movie project. See below.

3.Start DVD to MOV conversion on Mac OS X.
Hit “Convert” let this smart DVD to MOV DVD Ripper for Mac to do the rest for you! This DVD Ripper is specifically designed for Mac OS users, including Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard on iMac, Mac Pro, MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, etc.

When the conversion is done, you can play output MOV videos on your Mac, edit them in iMovie, Final Cut Pro, or put them on your iPod for playback anytime you want.

After recording an exciting football game or speeches with your valuable digital camcorders, have you thought of saving the special moment to your laptop or mobile devices like iPhone 3Gs, iPod, PS3, Xbox, Zune and on the go? However, as it known that .Mod files can not directly accepted by most players or editing software, so it is of necessity to convert MOD files with an effective MOD Converter. With More and more MOD Converters flooding in the market, people are becoming confused. To solve the problem, I spent almost half a day to test several well-known MOD Converters by myself. Finally, I vote for Moyea MOD Converter.

Why I choose Moyea MOD Converter? It runs very fast to complete the whole conversion. To my surprise, it only takes me a few minutes to convert batches of MOD footages. Additionally, the whole conversion is very easy and smooth and the converted video & audio satisfy me definitely.

Step 2, do remember that the recorded video always have video noises! If you want the better output video/audio effect, you can click "Edit" button so as to edit your videos like "Simple gauss blur effect" from drop-down "Effects" list.

Step 3, start conversion.
Last, once it completes conversion, you can drag the converted MOD files to your ipod, iphone, psp, Apple TV and etc for enjoying and sharing.

Many reports concerning the new Western Digital WD TV Live media server are hot in the market currently. It means that media fans can take this advantage to store tons of HD videos, music and pictures for watching or enjoying. Nevertheless, there are some questions occur like whether WD TV capable of playing videos downloaded from Youtube or Hulu? To find out the truth, I collected various videos and tried them on WD TV and last I got the answer. WD TV is perfectly compatible with the video formats like MPEG1/2/4, WMV9, AVI (MPEG4, Xvide, AVC), H.264, MOV and MKV (MPEG-4, H.264). However, as we know, the video formats of Youtube or Hulu always constitutes FLV or F4V. Then does WD TV support playing Youtube or Hulu videos-Yes or no? Obviously, the answer is negative. But, is there any way we can do to make WD TV play Youtube videos? Hereby I would like to share my point of view with you all.
It can download, convert, sort out web videos (*.flv, *.f4v) from Google Video, Fox, Myspace, YouTube and other more video-sharing websites.

How to Rip Blu-ray videos to MP4/WMV/AVI/FLV/MOV, etc for Playback on iPod/iPhone/PSP/Zune, etc.?

With the rising demand of high-definition video quality, Blu-ray Disc has becoming an optical disc storage medium designed to save high-definition videos. As the same time, users’ s requirement of ripping or copying these Blu-ray on other devices so as to do other use has also occurred. If you just have a mountain of Blu-ray discs and want to play them on iPod, iPhone, PSP, Zune, Xbox, etc. the article will show you the easiest and fastest way to solve it.

Tips:
The TWIPs, they are a-changin'! But not until next week, so pay no attention to this preview text! "The Kingery" Season One CD set is coming, and a familiar name comes back to... "The Kingery!" Are you sensing a theme here? I am! How unintentionally awesome! "Last Son of Krypton" merchandise is available once again, for the first time in two years! Get it while you can, it won't be around long! We've got casting call results for "The Kingery" (there it is again!) and "Umket Industries Presents: The Dixie Stenberg and Brassy Battalion Adventure Theater", and preview trailers for "Wonder Woman: Champion of Themyscira" issue 46 and "Seminar" episode 31! Jeffrey and Brian Oldham discuss pianos, puns and driftwood, and Carl Glassmeyer comes to you again with another cover artwork commentary! Ever wanted to overdose on "Seinfeld" quotes? This is the episode for you!
