Phedippidations: a "RunCast"
Here's a link to my PodCast...errr.."RunCast" promo. I'm a distance running marathoner who is passionate about my sport...and this "RunCast" is recorded while I'm out on training runs, preparing for my next Marathon.
Essentially, it's a PodCast for runners, by a runner...and to run 26.2 miles non-stop you have to have a bit of a sense of humor.
