On August 15th, 1969 something MAGICAL and never again achieved began, it was the first day of the WOODSTOCK FESTIVAL featuring 29 MUSICIANS who would play 226 SONGS over 4 DAYS. 90% of the over 500,000 attendees were SMOKING MARIJUANA, there were 18 DOCTORS who treated over 6,000 PATIENTS, there were 2 BABIES BORN, 100 ARRESTS for NARCOTICS CHARGES, over 400 who FREAKED OUT on BAD LSD, there were 496 POLICE OFFICERS, there were over 500,000 HOT DOGS and HAMBURGERS consumed on the first day alone and over 250,000 who never made it to the festival as they couldnÂ’t get in. It was HISTORICAL then and it is definitely HISTORICAL now. So Join me on a journey back into timeÂ…Â… to a time of PEACE, LOVE, SEX, DRUGS and ROCK & ROLL!
