The Existential Bread Podcast show

The Existential Bread PodcastJoin Now to Follow

Hello and welcome to Existential Bread! On this podcast/web series/ show, we talk about different philosophies and how they can affect our day to day life. These philosophies will connect to us on an existential level, so most of them may be BUT do not HAVE to be, existentialist philosophies. The show is called "Existential Bread" because its some wordplay on the term "Existential Dread" or "Existential Crisis", in which people freak out about how to live their lives and seek answers. Well, when you're listening to this podcast, you don't have to freak out because we got it all figured out. We'll discuss life and analyze it while eating some sweet sweet bread. Well, sometimes it'll be sweet, but other times, it could be sourdough bread. Basically, if you haven't picked it up yet, we review bread as well, its a little segment on our show.

Welcome to The Sleeping At Last Podcast! My name's Ryan O'Neal, I make music under the name "Sleeping At Last." Nice to meet you! This podcast is an evolution of my ongoing series of "How It Was Made" blog posts, in which I dissect and explain how my songs take shape, one song at a time. In this podcast, I'll be talking about my creative process, the intention and thought behind my songs - what they mean to me and why I did what I did. I'll also debut some new songs on here! That's the plan, but I'm brand new to this whole Podcast planet, so who knows! In any case, if you're curious about how my music gets made, I'd be so honored for you to take a listen. Love, Ryan
