Help me become a Hula Hoop fitness teacher

Hi, my name is Tanika and I'm fundraising because I realise I'm am going to need help from many areas to reach my goals and to get the training I need to be a Hula Hoop teacher.

I have been hula hooping for under 3 years now. I started hula hooping during the pandemic.and it has helped me so much.

I am at a stage where I would like to do hula hoop classes, but the costs is a barrier for me. But I want to share the joys of hula hooping with others in the correct way and by being qualified will help me to do this.

I have all the other things I need in place having a enhanced DBS, fitness instructor level 2 qualified, emergency first aid trained and liability insured.

The past few years has not been the best for me with a late diagnosis of a medical condition and having to readjust my life. Family issues also.

But I'm really focused this year to get my hula hoop qualification, and I cant wait.

If only you understood the joy a person can get from hooping, it's not just for kids I will tell you that.

And the many benefits you can get from hula hooping too, physically and mentally too.

The funds will got towards the training that I need and expenses related to hooping such as usage of venues used to practice hooping, purchasing more hoops in the future, and other related costs.
