Friendly Migration

Hello all! We have some very exciting news from The Kiwi PC

Firstly, Swifty and his film crew have finished filming The Free Hugs Project, with videos from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch already online at http://youtube.com/kiwipc and the final episode from Nelson in the final editing stages. We were even given a front page article in The Nelson Mail.

Secondly, we are moving our base to the garden city of New Zealand, Christchurch. Peter and Matt will still be reporting to us from the streets of Auckland, but Swifty will be hosting the podcast from the deep south!

Finally, as we physically migrate, we are migrating on the web to a new domain name, and expanding to provide a range of podcasts. If you have an idea for a podcast or are interested in being a part of the new line-up The Kiwi PC will offer, email us at thekiwipc@gmail.com

That's all from us at the moment, but keep an eye out here for Episode 19 and details of our expansion.

A Worthy Cause

We're editing down many hours of footage for you to enjoy in a bite size piece, but in the mean time, here's a plug for a very worthy cause I support. The 40 Hour Famine is back for 2006 and I am trying to beat my record of NZ$1,269.10. I can do this with your help. By going to http://famine.org.nz/major_sacristan and sponsoring me, I will go 40 hours without food, like many other New Zealanders, to raise money for World Vision to free children from bonded labour, and support other great projects. So go to http://famine.org.nz/major_sacristan and make a donation or sponsor me.

Thank you very much.

Swifty

UPDATE 23/2: We will be having a special podcast episode to celebrate the 40 Hour Famine.
