US has been Found Spying on Muslims Again through Prayer Apps on Android (English) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:02:33

The Clear Evidence A data collection code has been found in several Muslim Prayer Apps on the Google Play Store, which was used to spy on Millions of ordinary Muslims around the world. These apps included Al-Moazin Lite (Prayer Times) and Qibla Compass – Ramadan 2022 with over 15 Million downloads. The apps were collecting rich data including precise location information, email and phone numbers and passwords when users used a “cut and paste” feature. The SDK could also view hashed data from WhatsApp image folders and even pull data about nearby computers and mobile devices, potentially mapping out who people meet with on a regular basis. The code was added by a Panamanian company Measurement Systems, which is linked to a Virginia defense contractor, that does cyberintelligence work network-defense and intelligence-intercept work for US agencies. Measurement Systems paid developers around the world to incorporate its code. Measurement Systems claimed developers could earn anywhere from $100 to $10,000 per month as long as they delivered enough users with apps accessing location data. The two researchers who found this code, considered the code to be the most privacy-invasive SDK they have seen in the six years they have been examining mobile apps. They said that without a doubt it should be described as malware. After this finding, Google removed these apps from the Google Play Store on 25th March 2022. But the apps will be allowed back on the store when the spying code is removed. This means, there won’t be any legal actions against any of the involved parties and similar apps can potentially use similar techniques in the future, amid no fear. This is not the first time the US has been found spying on ordinary Muslims around the globe. Back in November 2020, the US was found purchasing location data of Muslims from the Muslim Pro app, with over 98 Million users. It is among the most famous apps used by ordinary Muslims. Although the US government makes a huge hue and cry against China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, etc., but again and again they have been found using similar techniques to spy on ordinary people and intrude on user privacy to ensure modern slavery. It’s a reminder to all Muslims to be careful as they are being monitored 24/7 by even so called democratic governments.  Impact of Your Negative Emotions on Your Children - Nauman Khan (English) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:01:31

The Clear Evidence Corporate world and soft skills training teaches us the importance of feedback. Using this learning, I asked my 5 year old what he disliked about me the most. He responded spontaneously, “when you and mother argue about something”. I asked him again if there was anything else he disliked about me, he responded, “when you scold me and it’s not my fault, that makes me angry”. I asked again but there was nothing else he disliked about me. I appreciated and thanked him for his responses. Before taking this feedback, I was expecting a complaint about my busyness; that I was unable to play and spend enough time with him but that did not come out to be an issue. He somehow, at this age, understood my time limitations. He only complained about my negative emotions, which were in my hands, which I could change. My wife and I hardly argue and I scold my son extremely rarely but still, these had the biggest negative impact on his life. I cannot even begin to imagine how badly those children’s brains are affected, whose parents argue/fight regularly or who scold their children just because they can. I encourage you all to take feedback from your children. Ask them what they dislike the most about you? This should not lead to discussing the answers or clarifying your position. Just take the feedback and ponder over it in your spare time. Let me and everyone know what you found out, we might find a pattern that can help us all. #feedback #negativeemotions #selfawareness #selfimprovement #children #childsafety #childhoodtrauma #childcare #change Discussion at LinkedIn: Impact of Your Negative Emotions on Your Children | LinkedIn Continue Reading: Impact of Your Negative Emotions on Your Children

Rulings on Iddat / Iddah (Waiting Period) – Dr. Mohammad Najeeb Qasmi (English) | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 00:08:16

The Clear Evidence A lady asked: Can you please share some information (in the light of Quran’O Hadith) regarding Iddat both in case of Khula and in case of Talaq? Will be thankful to you. Answer by Dr. Mohammad Najeeb Qasmi Issues of Iddat (Waiting Period) Meaning of Iddat: literally, the meaning of “Iddat” is to count, whereas “Iddat” in the Islamic Shari’ah, is a fixed period within which the wife, due to the death of her husband, or divorce/repudiation (redemption) that results in the separation of both the spouses, is bound to observe some legitimate provisions. Owing to difference in natural conditions of a woman, waiting period is varied, whose detailed discussion is mentioned below. Legal Status of Iddat (Waiting period): In the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah, the Muslim Ummah is agreed that because of death of husband, or divorce or repudiation (redemption) and consequently being husband and wife separated, Iddat (waiting period) is obligatory (enjoinment) on the wife. The waiting period is obligatory for two reasons: Death of husband: Divorce or (Repudiation) Redemption:Iddat (waiting period) is the pursuit of pleasure and contentment of Allah the Exalted. As, because the obedience of Allah’s commands is worship and worship is a means for nearing to Allah. The most important purpose for enjoinment of Iddat is to ascertain the fact that there is no effect of the former husband in the uterus, so that no doubt should be there in the child’s ancestry. Since marriage is a great blessing of Allah, this is why, upon its breakage, Iddat (waiting period) becomes due. For knowledge and cognition of lofty goal of marriage, Iddat has been obligated, so that it is not considered a child’s play by a man. Due to the death of husband, a gap and vacuum which is created in the home and family, Iddat is made obligatory for wife to keep his remembrance for some more time. In case, the wife is not pregnant and her husband dies, then her Iddat (waiting period) will be 4 months and 10 days, whether she is menstruating or not, whether she has genuine sexual intercourse or not, as Allah the Almighty says in the holy Qur’an: وَالَّذيْنَ يُتَوَفَّوْنَ مِنْكُمْ وَ يَذَرُوْنَ أَزْواَجاً يَّتَرَبَّصْنَ بِاَنْفُسِهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَّ عَشْراً And those who are taken in death among you and leave wives behind – they, (the wives, shall) wait four months and ten (days). (Baqarah 234). If the wife is pregnant at the time of her husband’s death, then the waiting period will end upon the delivery of the baby, whether its period would be less than four months and ten days or more than that. As Allah the Exalted said in the holy Qur’an: وَأُوْلاَتُ الأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَنْ يَّضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ (al-Talaq: 4), and for those who are pregnant, their term is until they give birth.
