On 05 15 2015, Omega Psi Phi member and community activist Brother Seko Varner speaks on Empowered, Valuable, and Dependent people and the need for more Empowered Women in America and in the world. This impromptu talk was given as Seko was being recognized by the Norfolk Virginia Graduate chapter of Delta Sigma Theta sorority Inc. for his community service in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. This event included the Deltas recognizing 25 high school senior young ladies for their academic excellence.
