Angela Cheng is an actress based in New York City.  She used to be a teenage celebrity in Taiwan.  She came to the United States for full concentration of schooling.  Becoming famous at the age of 14, the work load and crowds in front of her classroom definitely stopped her from going to school full time. When she was at her peak time of her career, she made the biggest decision to go to somewhere else that no one knows her and have a simple student life.  Fast forward, she completed her college degree in California. Life took a toll on Angela when she went through depression and an eating disorder.  She went back to Taiwan to heal and work part time for her family.  Her family situation was not ideal for me for her mental health. Deep down knowing moving out of the environment will speed up her healing process.  She picked a place that has more work opportunities which is New York. Angela used to be insecure about who she was when she moved to the United States because she wasn't American enough but after she gave herself a chance to be her true self, life was better for her.  Check out her episode to listen to her story. Rajee Aerie was born in India and contracted polio at a young age. Fortunately, she was adopted by a loving American family. Growing up she never let anything get in her way and this can do attitude has stuck with her. As a teen she started to notice that there was no one that looked like her in TV shows, movies or when she was flipping through magazines. The lack of South Asians and disability representation in media is an issue that is very important for Rajee and something she’s been working hard to change.  Rajee went to college and got her degree in broadcast journalism in hopes of being part of the change to include South Asians and people with disabilities. After she graduated from college, Rajee signed with a talent agency and landed a nationwide commercial a couple weeks later. The response was overwhelming because people across the country could finally relate to somebody that they saw on TV. Rajee has continued to appear in print and television commercials as well as represent various companies at trade shows and events. Her biggest accomplishments thus far has been to appear in a national campaign for Aerie in which she was featured on a billboard in Times Square and her op-ed in Teen Vogue, as well as USA Today and she did an interview for CBS national news. Rajee shares how writing an article on self esteem helped her realize and recognize that she has to look inward to find what the qualities and features that she loves and appreciates about herself. Alice Ko is an actress and singer.  The Hong Kong-born American actress is known for her subtle dramatic roles in independent films. She has starred in festival darlings that have screened at the New Orleans Film Festival, Denver Film Festival, Seattle Asian American Film Festival, RiverRun International Film Festival, and Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival among others. Her short film, "The Shuttle", is part of Cannes Court Metrage 2018.  Alice graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Chemical Engineering. She began to pursue her career in acting while working as a professional singer with San Francisco Symphony Chorus and a piano teacher. She has studied Meisner Technique at American Conservatory Theatre and Comedy Technique at Lesly Kahn & Company.  In 2014, she landed a supporting role in TV movie "Exposed" directed by Patty Jenkins and has since worked on various film and TV projects, including HBO's hit show "Silicon Valley". She is a member of SAG-AFTRA and the American Guild of Musical Artists.
