Today we sat down with our good friend Marc Aloan from The Fire Inside and the Unlock your culture webcast!
Episode 5 is a discussion with BC Andrew Starnes of Insight Fire Training, Kill the Flashover Project and Bringing Back Brotherhood. We discuss both Fire Behavior and Firefighter Behavior. Andy discusses the culture of training with the Thermal Imaging Camera. He hits on some Do's and Dont's and changes from initial TIC training. He also talks about firefighter emotional and mental health and how we can best lookout for one another.
Today we sit down finally and catch up and review some district familiarization. Great discussion.
