Episode 5: Tom Bilyeu – Founder of Quest Nutrition and Impact Theory – Importance Of Mindset, His Routines And Habits, and More! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:03:29

I was beyond excited to have Tom Bilyeu on the show today. He is the co-founder of Quest Nutrition and Impact Theory. Mindset is everything and on this episode, Tom and I get deep about it. He is so specific about his routine and habits. There were just so many interesting nuggets of information he shared about the way he lives his life. He talked about why he doesn’t set an alarm, how meditation really changed everything (which is something I know I personally need to work on), why he calls email “the death of society” and why he turns off all notifications. While that might sound impossible, if someone as successful as Tom can do it—then shouldn’t we all be able to? And as usual, there is plenty of talk about fitness, entrepreneurship, helping others and nutrition. This episode is a game changer! Show Notes Tom Bilyeu, co-founder of Quest Nutrition and Impact Theory is the epitome of everything Habits & Hustle is about. On this episode, he talks about the very specific habits that make him successful including how meditation changed his life, handling email, his fitness routine, keto, intermittent fasting, why he is obsessed with building the next Disney, staying focused, scheduling, the importance of being a “learner” and Elon Musk. Tom also shares the story of his friendship with Steve Aoki and how they partnered on a comic book together. This is the episode to listen to if you want to optimize your life and change your mindset! Did you learn something from listening today?  Episode 3: Dennis Rodman, The 5X NBA Champion – Workout Routines, His Daily Bet With Michael Jordan, Self-Love, & Kim Jong-un | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 49:47

Yesterday, we recorded a live podcast at Westfield Century City Mall with the one and only Dennis Rodman.  I’m still wowed. This was really a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He was completely open and we covered a lot of ground including what it was like to grow up in poverty in Dallas, TX and then essentially get “adopted” by the Rich Family at 18 in Oklahoma. While he led a very disciplined life as professional basketball player, he did it while being himself entirely. He’s an unapologetic bad boy with a ton of hustle. Rodman shared some great stories about playing with Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. He also spilled the tea about his relationships with Madonna and former wife Carmen Electra. And of course…Kim Jong-Un. He talks about North Korea and his relationship with Kim. Thank you so much again to my new friend, Dennis Rodman for coming on the show.  Did you learn something from listening today?
