So you know there was meant to be a whole new episode released before this one but I decided to drop it after listening to it again but I will have another episode with what I discussed in that episode This is the latest episode of the Infinity Actual Play episode 12 Quantronic Heat is almost at an end, just a couple of episodes left and we are going for it. I'm also going to try and get some more interviews done for the podcast done too. Going to try and mix it up with folks from all facets of the gaming community. Howdo Folks Hope you are having a happy Monday Today is the interview I did with Maisy Hatchard this past Thursday. Maisy is a Japanese to English Transaltor in the gaming industry It was very interesting to get a view from within the hobby from a different angle than you normally hear. I am hoping that when the secret project she has been working on drops we can have her on to talk all about it and maybe tell us how she ended up in the circus for a while. Howdy folx Warning in the middle there are more rants about Hatchette Partworks Today I talk about all the new releases from Games Workshop this week, I talked a little about some of them on Thursday but there are more, I talk about the Mortal Realms magazine and rant about Hatchette Partworks, and I have a little bit at the end about Infinity the game and the factions there of, I will talk about them more in depth in a later episode, probably after the podcast is done, which will probably be mid March. Next week I will have an sit down with Maisy Hatchard who is an English to Japanese who has worked for a number of companies and clients working most recently on localization of board games, and I am looking forward to it because we were meant to record it last year before my brain tried to defeat me. On the 10th we will have the Infinity RPG Actual Play episode 12, where we will see if my character takes any more damage and shrugs it off, and if he manages to carry out his secret mission. On the 17th we will have the another Interview where I sit down with Chuck from Defenders of Kobold (We were meant to have it on Saturday but life got in the way) and we will shoot the shit for an hour or two discussing RPGs and what not. After that I am not sure what is going to be happening but hopefully I can get someone interviewed in the next couple of weeks, and get some good people of gaming to come talk to me and you. How do folx, Today I talk about a number of things, including the fact that @HealthPakStream has agreed in priniciple to be the editor for the Legends of Hamanshiron rules, which leads into me talking about how you need to pay your artists, editors, writers and Graphic designers and pay them fairly. I then talk about how my twitter interactions are going to change, I plug Heroforge a bit, I then talk about the new stuff coming out of Nuremberg from Games Workshop, I rant a little about my experiences with Hatchette Partworks (I also manage to forget the name of the Stormcast Eternals), I talk about Mike Negle of Wandering Pilgrim Productions latest release, To Live and Die in Tall Pines a Dungeons and Dragons 5E adventure set for first to fourth level characters in a Western Setting, if I was at all into D&D I would definately go out and buy it to support Mike who you can follow on twitter at @BadChilli. I stop myself from going on a full blown rant about Drivethrurpg, I talk about the future releases for Legends and what will be coming out with the updated rules in April. This one was pretty fun, there was plenty of action for me, and my character did plenty of stuff, accounting for pretty much 50% of the adversaries, so I did do a stupid thing right at the beginning which was absolutely out of character for my character but he has a secret mission in this one. Howdo folks, I know it's a little late but had other things to do today and I did have time to record and edit earlier. Today I talk about the goings on with Hamanshiron and the future of the game and the system, along with a few insights I have picked up over the past 8 or 9 months of us building the game. There is a mini rant in this episode about something but there is very little in the way of rant in this one, and next week is the Infinity actual play podcast so it might be a couple of weeks before we get back to regularly scheduled rants.
