The host, Kim Knight, is a Life Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals in helping them to uncover unhealthy patterns of relationships (including relationships with oneself) and helping them recover from emotionally unhealthy relationships and working with them to create healthier relationships with partners, family and friends.
