Show Notes My very first business that I started at age 19 was  a multi-level marketing nutrition distribution business.  The whole goal of that business was to build up a sales team and create ongoing, passive streams of income, so  I got that concept right away. I built that business up over the years and we currently have annual revenues over ten million dollars.  The last couple years it's been a little bit more part-time or quite a bit more part-time as I pursued building my real estate company.  But I mean I still love it, I still love the people and I love the, passive streams of income,.  Two years into my network marketing company,  I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, that was the book that really transformed my mind to start thinking about utilizing real estate as a way to deploy the cash that I was making in my primary business and add additional, passive streams of income,.  I was still investing in stocks until about 4 years ago.  I was in stocks for most of the last 14 years, so about four years ago two events happened that were critical and really pushed me over into investing into real estate as another, passive streams of income, There were two negative events,  but you know most negative events if we look back we can find the good in them.  One of them was I had some insider information, not anything illegal by any stretch,  I mean I knew that our company had a good earnings quarter.  I mean it wasn't that hard to figure out based on what I heard from all my colleagues, so that's kind of my insider information.

How to Build Wealth with Turnkey Real Estate Investment | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 59:32

Jeff Schechter, CEO and co-founder of High Return Real Estate teaches how to build wealth through, turnkey real estate investment, Jeff has been helping his clients build wealth through, turnkey real estate investment, for close to 40 years. As a  Realtor, real estate investor, as well as  Life coach.  I myself have been in the real estate business for some time 19 years. So I can lend a lot to this conversation. In fact if you google, Realtor Life coach, I am at the top of the list! . CEO & CO-FOUNDER Jeff Schechter, aka “Shecky” has had the entrepreneurial bug his entire life. He started his first business right out of college, and over the years been involved in numerous businesses ventures. His love for real estate investing began in the 1980’s, when he rehabbed 5 of his own residences, before the term “house-hacking” even existed. Since those early days of torn up kitchens and bathrooms, he’s bought and sold many properties, and is an active investor to this day. In addition to investing, he operate a private consulting practice. He thrives on helping people realize their full potential…not just in business and investing, but in all aspects of life. Show Notes What was the fire starter that got you into, turnkey real estate investment,? I kind of sucked at school. I was not very focused. I came from an incredibly traditional Background, where I just reversed a lot of expectations placed on me.  As a result it was very difficult for me to follow through with stuff in college.  So entrepreneurialism and starting my own businesses were really a form of necessity, because I didn't really have any terrific formal training. It was also a form of establishing my own freedom. What made you choose real estate as that business? I just always kind of have this entrepreneurial bend and would look for ways to increase my income.  Eventually I started seeing that high ticket items like homes, had lots more opportunity for profit. I figured out back in the 80’s, I could buy them in not as good a condition and be able to buy them for a whole lot cheaper than what the pretty ones were, and I could fix them up and add a whole lot of value to them, because people were willing to pay a premium for the really nice homes.  So what I would do is, I would just live in them for a year or two while I was fixing them up and then I would sell them and move on to the next one.  It was a way to make some really nice extra profits and live for free for many years. That was kind of the initial seeds of my real estate investing career before I started, turnkey real estate investment, That's also a good model as well, because you know the government helps you with the capital gains tax breaks. If you live in a house that’s your primary residence for two years and sell that home, then you can earn up to $250,000 in tax free income if single and $500,000 if married. I actually didn't know that at the beginning, but learned it very early on.  I would figure out that I wanted to live in most places exactly two years and one day! I was listening to the audio book “The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner” and the author was interviewing a lot of homeowners who started off with purchasing small homes, like buying a $30,000 home and then selling it to buy a bigger home and so on and so on. One homeowner couple who started off with like $3,000 or something like that to buy their first home ended up making $500,000 on a $750,000 property. All tax free! What is your advice for someone who is starting out today, investing in Real Estate in 2019? Someone  starting with a small house or a condo or something and try...

Transform your Business Life: Dress for Success | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 9:44

How to, dress for success, we have all heard the saying don't dress for the position you have now; but the position you want to get.  Since I was a little girl I could pick out the women who had money. They would be dressed in suits or what I believed to be expensive clothing, with their hair and make up perfectly done. When they passed me, they smelled like heaven. But looking back, I realized that to, dress for success, did not mean that you had to be wealthy and have a closet full of expensive clothing. For all I knew these women that I admired, could have had only one suit in their closet or one, dress for success, frock.  It is not the quantity of your wardrobe, but the quality.  In my personal experience as well as reading business books and looking at movies like 50 Shades of Grey and the Proposal with Sandra Bullock, https://play.google.com/music/listen?u=0#/ps/Iimch445b253cpvz5pitonusanq Here is the formula for, dressing for success Men,    Men if you have not seen 50 Shades of Grey, you should rent in on Netflix. Not only does it show you how to pleasure your woman; but at the beginning of the movie, it shows you what the closet of a  rich successful business man looks like.  Dozens of dark color suits, dozens of white shirts and dozens of ties. Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg and Google have all tried to change the dress code to tea shirt and jeans; but take a look at the Senate or President Trump or Wall Street. The business suit is still the, dress of success,  I have always seen movies with the men being fitted for a suit; but I have always bought my man a suit from off the rack! Apparently that is bad!    A carefully fitted suit is worth it's weight in gold. Even if it is off the rack it shouldn't fit like a sack! Get it altered to fit. It does not matter how much the suit cost; but it must fit! That is the secret to looking successful. That is the way to, dress for success,    The consensus is that a business suit should be single breasted and either dark blue or dark grey.    Heading back to Christian Grey in 50 shades of Grey. Notice that all his shirts were white. I have never seen President Barack Obama, in nothing other than a white shirt. Your white shirt should be one hundred percent cotton with button down collars and always long sleeves. Short sleeves are out! Complete the look with a pair of black loafers, well shined and with a new looking heel. If your heal wears down to one side, get it replaced at the shoe maker.    Here is the formula for, dressing for success Women,  As from my intro I have been trying to copy Sandra Bullock's look in the proposal for some time now.  That is my, dress for success, look. If you haven't seen the movie, she rocked the black pencil skirt with a white shirt and pumps with elegant heels.   Find a look that flatters your figure. As women we come in all sizes. I don't have time to get into the best look if you are busty, hippy or made to wear clothes like a super model. The formula to, dress for success, for women is to invest in a few classic, simple suits in dark colors.  The same as the men, grey or blue. I still have the suit jacket I purchased from my first big pay check as a salesperson, 20 years ago. It was a grey wool blend double breasted skirt suit. I paid $700 for it from my $30,000 pay check. I felt successful so I went out and started, dressing for success,   Nice simple fitted dresses also work wonders, especially if paired with a blazer and some fashionable jewelry. The great thing is that you can loose the blazer for the after work parties and still be, dressed for success,.

Growth Hacks, to Win the Internet Game | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 48:23

If you have a business whether it's online or in-store you need to press play to hear some, growth hacks, from the expert. Vin Clancy.  In today's episode of the Transform you mind with coach Myrna, I'm speaking to, growth hacker, Vin Clancy. Our topic today is “ Growth hacks, to win the internet game."  Vin is going to share with us today his secret sauce to winning the internet game. I myself want this recipe! Here is some background info on Vin. • Infamous growth hacker Vin Clancy went from being on social welfare in the UK to launching 2 online magazines that got over 20 million page views in their first two years with zero ad spend.•• He’s since then won best speaker at SXSW V2V for his, growth hacks, talk finished a 100-date world tour, made six figures on his debut growth hacking book, created one of the biggest marketing communities on Facebook, and moved to L.A., where he teaches companies how to rapidly grow their audiences and businesses.• Vin’s new book “Ace The Game” was released this November. Show Notes  I never really had what you would call a real job. Like many people my age and I didn't quite know what to do with my life. Luckily for me, I came through in the era of the internet. One day my ex-girlfriend said you got to do something with your life because I was sitting all day on the couch collecting welfare for over a year. That night I had a dream. I dreamt I was the editor of a magazine where the writers would be stars not musicians. The very next day after that dream, I met a seventeen-year-old kid who built websites. He showed me how to buy a website domain and we decided to buy the domain, Planet IV. We chose the name planet because we intended to be a global site delivering world news and IV because our intention was for the site to grow virally! The next day after our site was live, I hustled every college and university in the country, saying hey we're building the coolest magazine in the UK. We need writers who wants writing experience. Colleges and universities always want their kids to get writing experience. The second week we were live with our college writers we had 25,000 visitors. The next six months we did 300,000 visitors, within a year we had a million visitors per month. I learned how to make our content go viral. One of my first, growth hacks, Around the time we had 300,000 visitors a month, we raised a quarter of a million dollars and I was immediately out of debt. We then launched a second site, screen robot. That site got two million visitors per month in a hundred days. We then started a, growth hacking, and marketing agency and I started public speaking in order to get clients. I completed a hundred city world tour speaking about, growth hacks, and getting clients. The tour helped me sell my first book “Secret Sauce” which did over a hundred thousand dollars in pre-orders on Kickstarter and IndieGoGo. I then moved to California and I've had my biggest year ever. My second book “Ace the Game” just came out and did ten thousand dollars in sales in the first hour of being released. What is this secret sauce? I only knew one person in the magazine industry my friend Miche. She said, look you only have to get traffic to a website. If you get traffic you will have a brand and then you will get investors. So just focus on that one thing, getting traffic to your site. Our traffic was always great. It started great and it just carried on. The secret sauce, was we understood what type of content to put on our site for it to go viral. Today they are random social news sites for gaming and film watch. You could get traffic from these sites fairly easily. The secret sauce, is also your competitive edge. I had 300 people writing for free and We're getting three hu...

4 Life Hacks that will Motivate your Teams | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:05:20

Everyone is different. We developed a system to measure and define the brains Ambiguity Relief Process, these, life hacks, is called the Colored Brain. My guest today is Arthur Carmazzi, best selling author of "The 6 Dimensions of Top Achievers" Arthur talks about, life hacks, from his work with the, Colored brain. The Colored Brain analysis is use as a method to motivate teams and leaders. Show Notes I started doing research on the different personalities decades ago, I found out that personality it's too complicated and can't be accurate with so many complicated variables. So I started looking into elements of why people are mis-communicating, why people are frustrated, why people lose trust, and so I found some genetic foundations or, life hacks, I found out why are people motivated and why they become unmotivated. I found out some of the factors or the mind-body connection. After about a little over a year of research, I started to apply some of these ideas and strategies that later became known as the Directive Communication Psychology body of work. This Psychology ended up saving the company I was working for at the time, about seventeen thousand dollars a week in wasteful work. After that I started writing articles and then I got on the radio and TV. So I quit my job and started on the road to becoming a top Global Thought Leader in organizational culture specializing in, life hacks, I started to open franchises in 2005, we now have like over 400 licensed Directed Communications Psychology trainers and coaches in 18 different countries. We created systems! We can call it the combination to the lock. The Master key for the lock is a something called Modeling. Modeling is basically all the modalities. Everyone operates from a different system. Let's take for example somebody like Richard Branson. Richard has a very chaotic process of achieving things. The way that he interprets information is different from most. The way that he acts on information is very different from for example the late Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs isn't a serial entrepreneur. Richard has what we call Chaotic Processor. If I tried to model Steve Jobs to create a Richard Branson, I would fail because Steve Jobs does not have the same brain process, he doesn't interpret information the same as Richard Branson. Therefore I would not succeed by trying to model him. This is where, life hacks, come into play. We're all different, we all process information differently. We all have a different digestive system, different fingerprints. There's no two people alike. We developed a system to measure and define the brains ambiguity relief process, we call this this system, The Colored Brain,. The colored Brain, basically segments the different processes into individual clarity getting processes. This has nothing to do with personality; this is how your brain gets clarity. We use, life hacks, to get this clarity. There are different processes that your brain gets clarity from and it's based on specific lengths of specific genes and specific parts of your brain that release neurotransmitters or regulate neurotransmitters. If we go to organizational culture, one of the primary breakdowns in organizational culture, is the lack of trust and respect for management. This is because everyone is processing information differently and don’t trust anyone who does not think like them. 4 Parts of the The Colored Brain • Chaotic processing or Green brain - In the, Green brain, literally nothing is connected and because nothing is connected what happens is it will go anywhere. The Green Brain, can create something from nothing.

What is the #1 Thing Women can do to, Improve Their Relationships,? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 9:51

In this solo coaching episode I coach on what women can do to, improve their relationships. We have all heard that men want respect and women are emotional creatures, needing love and affection. That is true; but their is the character flaw common to all men and women? As my pastor would say All means inclusive of everyone exclusive of none. So how do women, improve their relationships,? The answer is this. By not pointing out wrong doing or blaming their partners. Because No one ever does anything they feel is wrong. The verb in the sentence is the important word. Feel. Put another way, whatever we Perceive is our reality. 99.9 percent of men and women can justify to themselves or anyone who would listen, any action or none action, they have taken. Let me paint a picture with this story. On May 7 1931 New York City witnessed the most sensational manhunt the city had ever known to this point. After weeks on the loose "Two-Gun" Crowley, the killer, was trapped in an apartment on West End avenue. One hundred and fifty police officers and detectives laid siege to his top floor hideaway. For hours the residential sections reverberated with the rat-tat-tat of gun fire from the police and Two-Gun Crowley. While Crowley lay bleeding from his gunshot wounds, he penned a note that read "To whom it may concern. Under my coat is a weary heart, but a kind one, one that would do nobody no harm" If you had never heard that story before, you may be thinking that the police had the wrong man; but no. Crowley was the same man who was necking with his girl on a country road on Long Island when a police walked up to the parked car and asked him to show his license. Without saying a word, Crowley drew his gun and cut the police down with a shower of lead. As the officer lay dying on the ground he jumped out of the car grabber the officer’s gun and fired another bullet into the prostrate body. That was the killer who wrote "under my coat is a weary but kind heart. One that would do nobody any harm. This is an extreme story but I have experienced many like in in my own experience, from kids who steal, to spouses who cheat, to murders who kill, nobody feels they have done anything wrong. So don't bother pointing it out and this goes a long way to, improve their relationships, Someone made them do it, they find some way to justify their actions. This phenomenon is glaringly evident on death row. Most of the prisoners on death row feel they have been victimized regardless of how heinous the crime. The #1 thing women can do to, improve their relationships, is Don't criticize! It does no good. It does nothing. Criticism is futile because it puts a man on the defensive, wounds his pride, hurts his sense of importance, and arouses his resentment, so don't bother. Instead make yourself perfect. Jesus taught us this when he said "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? That is not to say that your brother has no speck or has done no wrong; but we are only responsible for what we do. We have no power to control others. And pointing it out does nothing to, improve their relationships, This is another trending story in Google news to illustrate my point More than 20 women accused a prominent Pasadena obstetrician of mistreating them. He denied claims and was able to continue practicing. I have adopted this frame of mind in my own marriage. I no longer criticize or concentrate on what I am not getting, instead I concentrate on making myself perfect and working on my goals as a couple and for myself. And that friends is the secret to happiness.

The Path to, self-mastery, From Here to There | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:01:00

How does professional sports equip us for, self-mastery,? Pro golfer Thane Marcus Ringler turned coach and Author shares How. In the guest chair today is Thane Marcus Ringler, a former pro golfer turned writer, speaker, collaborator, and entrepreneur and author of the new book “From Here to There – A Quarter-Life Perspective on the Path to, Mastery,” After competing for nearly four years as a professional golfer, he transitioned out of the world of golf into his new endeavors as coach. Can you share your journey to becoming a professional golfer and how it marries to your life today as a coach, collaborator and podcaster. There must be a story in there why you actually give up golf, love to hear it. My journey like everyone's life and path is a journey. Journeys take lots of time and usually involve lots of failure and mine is no doubt the same. I started playing golf when I was really young. My dad got me into it and I really enjoyed playing. I was a competitive kid so anything with competition in sports I was in. In golf, there wasn't anyone else responsible for your successes. Your path to, self-mastery, depends on only you. I felt like I had the most control in my success. As I progressed it became clear it was something that I could really build. My focus kind of narrowed on golf in high school. I started dropping other sports so that I could really focus on golf. I ended up playing in college at Masters University in California. I worked on, self-mastery, for four years in college. It was clear that I had the skills to be a professional golfer. So I decided to give it a shot. In my senior year, I created the business plan and the structure around getting the financing to play professional golf. I got 10 to 11 sponsors and investors to back me. So when I graduated I was able to turn professional right away, upon leaving college in May of 2014. That kind of kicked off my four year journey of playing professional golf. It takes a professional golfer about 10 years to get from, here to there, there being the PGA tour, and to self-mastery, the ultimate goal for every professional golfer. It's not an overnight thing. There's the people that you know, Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth and Phil Mickelson and the 1% of the 1% the superstars. Everyone else it takes an average of 10 years to get from, here to there, and to, self-mastery, My first year was a lot of failure, and a lot of learning. It was this process of development and, self-mastery, the process of learning how to develop and grow as a human very much at the same time. As a golfer I started to learn to grow and improve and see some slow signs of growth and success. About two years into the journey after I've gotten partial status, I started to face a systemic injury which started in 2016. It was a muscle strain in my back. Many different factors combined and that kicked off about a year-and-a-half journey of failing to rehab correctly, failure of treating the symptom versus the injury. When I did reach the end of those first three and a half years, it became clear that my body wasn't 100 % healed. But the bigger thing that happened was at my desires and giftings and abilities had kind of shown a different purpose. I felt more called to coach, so I made the decision this last December to transition out of Golf. I truly believe what I'm doing now is my purpose. I believe that golf equipped me for my true purpose. I think that the journey of professional golf was a hyper-focused form of personal development and, self-mastery, because golf again is an arena where at the end of the day you have to take 100% ownership of your career,

7 Strategies to Climbing your, Personal Mountains, | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 13:58

Do you have the, mindset, to scale the, personal mountains, in your life? In this episode of 5 mins with Coach Myrna, I share 7 tips to acquiring the mindset of an Everest mountain climber. The mindset of a mountain climber? How to tackle your personal mountains. Not sure why but I picked up the book, "Into Thin Air, my expedition to the top of the world,” maybe it was because one of my goals was to hike the Himalayas, not climb Mt Everest! Let's be clear! but after reading this book I was amazed by what, mindsets, could accomplish. The, positive mindset, can elevate your life and make you stretch yourself, while its opposite a negative mindset can anchor you wherever you are. Contrary to your, personal mountains, You are aware that your odds of dying is high. Even if you don't die, your chances of frost bite or other dangers increase with every feet closer to the summit! The thin air can make you lose brain cells, lack of oxygen to your brain can give you brain damage. YET! The writer says that The line of climbers attempting to get to the top, looks like the line at Walt Disney world. I wonder how these climbers deal with their, personal mountains, Why? What, mindset, do you have to develop to pay the $65,000 fee, risk your life, and push yourself beyond your limits to summit Mt Everest? I discovered these 7 characteristics of people who climb their, personal mountains, and become mountain climbers: 1. Strong Mindset - Think of the, mindset, you have to have, to WANT to climb Mount Everest, the top of the world 29, 035 feet in the sky! Let's put that into perspective that the height that airplanes fly at! Hopefully your, personal mountains, don't seemof this magnitude! 2. They want to test their limits- After reading "Into Thin Air" I listened to a Ted talk by Lori Schneider. She was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis, and decided to make a goal of scaling the highest peaks on each continent before her MS progressed and she lost the use of her legs. She accomplished this feat and became the first woman with multiple sclerosis to summit Mt Everest. That was her, personal mountain, and she climbed it and won. 3. They faced their fears - When you face your fears, especially the ones that tell you, you are not good enough, doing something super human sure proves that you are indeed good enough and wipes out fear forever more! Fear is false evidence appearing real. It is a bully and when you stand up to it, it always runs away. You have to remove fear to climb any of your, personal mountains, 4. They are both mentally and physically strong - Climbing your, personal mountains, is both a mental and physical challenge. Climbing your, personal mountains, has nothing to do with physical strength. In the book "Into Thin Air" one of the climbers that reached the peak was a 95 lb woman. Mental strength is more powerful than physical strength. 5. Perseverance - Climbing high altitude mountains is a marathon not a sprint. You have to acclimatize yourself to the high altitudes by climbing to incremental altitudes and climbing back down several times. In the same way you can't scale your, personal mountains, in one jump, you have to approach it like a mountaineer or a marathon runner, take small bites at a time. Start with the small, personal mountains, and work to way the top of the world Mount Everest 29, 035 feet above the earth! 6. A Growth mindset - The climbers who summited Mt Everest saw Challenges as an opportuni...

Protecting your Child from, Sexual Abuse, in your Own Home | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:01:40

As mothers we must be vigilant and protect our children from predators; but most of us do not think we to protect them from, sexual abuse, from their own fathers. Maralee McLean share her story of her 12 year battle to protect her daughter. Welcome to the Transform Your Mind blog and podcast, I'm your host coach Myrna Young and today I am speaking with Maralee McLean. Maralee is going to be talking to us today about her experience with, sexual abuse, from a parent. This is a very personal story for Maralee and I applaud her braveness and her transparency. I've spoken several times on the show and this blog, of my , sexual abuse, as a child. I wrote a book about my story “Out of the Snares, a story of hope and encouragement” So what I hope to do today is help Maralee bring awareness to, sexual abuse, in the home by family members. This nightmare became real for Maralee McLean, and her book “Prosecuted but not Silenced” details it. The entire narrative of “protective mothers”, mothers who have to share custody of their children with dangerous, abusive men; defies belief. People with background knowledge of the plight of protective mothers will recognize many themes of Maralee’s story- Woman falls in love with a “nice guy” who turns violent, uses the divorce to unleash a previously unimaginable level of cruelty and violence, and a court system so blinded to this evil and to the needs of children, they facilitate it. But for those who still find Maralee’s story beyond belief, there is almost a hundred pages of appendices providing the actual documentation mentioned in the chapters of the book, as well as background on issue. • This book deals with child, sexual abuse, It’s impossible to write a book about child, sexual abuse, without describing child, sexual abuse, there are some concrete and medical description of child, sexual abuse, Readers easily triggered by that should skip through those descriptions, but by no means should they not read the book. • In some ways, this book is the strongest testimony to the mother-child bond I’ve ever read. It’s also a testimony to why that bond should not be broken capriciously, and why a system that does, cannot be tolerated. This book deals with how our society is willing to sacrifice children on an altar of egos and ideologies. And it illustrates why that must stop. There's lots of these cases today of protective moms that can't protect their children, so that's one of the reason I'm telling this story. I had I've been married to a, Domestic Violence abuser, and I really got out of my marriage carefully. Before we got married there were no red flags or books out there to tell you about these kinds of men. I thought a woman had be physically abused for it to be domestic violence. I didn't understand control and emotional abuse and psychological abuse. I suffered all those abuses. I tell young girls today, especially in college, if they see red flags, run because if they marry that guy and have a child with him, you're in this for life because that child will be possibly abused. I not saying, sexual abuse, but abuse in other forms. My red flags were that he would be a perfectly nice guy and then his eyes would change in an instant to scary evil looking eyes. We were married for many years before I had a baby but once I divorced him, there was a lot going through the divorce in itself. I mean I was stalked, emotionally abused, some physical and psychological. He would write editorials to the newspaper about our divorce and they would print them and they not even true.

What are the, Secrets to Success,? Here are my 10 Secrets | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 47:56

I do believe that success leaves Clues, As a successful Author, Life Coach, Realtor, and Radio Host, these are my, secrets to success, My story is probably similar to a lot of people that reached success. Most successful people start off with nothing and I was no exception. Today I am sharing my story on the , secrets of success, podcast with Dr Ken Keis. I was born in a British Guyana, which is in South America. We have a Caribbean culture, so we consider ourselves part of the Caribbean Islands; but we're really South American. When I was born Guyana was very poor country, it still is a Third World country. Both my mom and my grandmother were domestic servants and we didn't have much. My Dad taught me at a very early age the value of education to elevate ourselves out of poverty. He was very smart. When I was born he was in Teachers College and went on to get his PH.D in in London in his early thirties. I'm submerging myself right now in in in the book “The Biology of Belief” by Dr. Bruce Lipton and I'm understanding from Dr. Lipton, that genes give us 50% of our character and the other 50% comes from the environment we grew up in. Looking back I can say that as a child, because I was the first born I was marooned in love so, the environment that I grew up in, kind of nullified the poverty thing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mp49uQgIBbM&t=331s I also believe that I'm highly favored. I still see it still every day of my life; but I also got some good breaks. One of the first good breaks is that I had was a very wealthy Godfather. He showered me with a lot of gifts and a lot of love. He ended up also sexually abusing me but I never really focus on that because I'm not a victim. The, sexual abuse, started when I was 10 years old or so and living down the street from him. I was at his house all the time because he had grandchildren and we would play together. I spent most of my time at his house and then when my mom moved to Canada when I was 11, my grandmother and my siblings moved into one of the rental rooms on his property. So I was like right there. This continued until I was about 13 years old and started liking boys. Sponsored AD Are you dissatisfied with your life and/or your job?  Life After Death, How an Atheist Became a Believer | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 58:13

Is there, life after death,? One day Nancy Rynes was an, Atheist, not believing in God and after her NDE, she is bringing us, messages from Heaven. In this episode of the Transform Your Mind with coach Myrna, we are diving deep into the unknown world of, life after death, I am speaking today with Nancy Rynes. Nancy is the author of, Awakenings from the Light.. a book about her, near death experience, This episode will, transform your mind, on our spiritual bodies answer the question is there, life after death,? Here is Nancy's story: • While riding her bicycle, Nancy Rynes was struck by a large SUV. The vehicle’s driver who was completely absorbed in texting, plowed into Nancy, dragging both her and her bike down the street. The driver who was unaware that she had struck anyone, finally came to a stop when horrified onlookers ran into the road blocking the vehicle. • Suffering multiple broken bones, internal injuries, several severe spinal and head injuries, Rynes knew she was dying. At that moment, she underwent the first of two life-changing near-death experiences—her consciousness split between her frightened, injured self laying on the road, and an impartial, peaceful observer-consciousness who watched as first responders fought to keep her alive. Her second, more lengthy near-death experience came days later, during the surgery that attempted to repair her traumatized body. • Nancy, a scientist and confirmed skeptic, was shown the wonders of Heaven, experiencing joy, love, peace and beauty on such a grand scale that she wept at its magnitude. She then met and spoke with a Being who gave her insights into life, love, and the wonders of Spirit. After her time in Heaven, and her brief, life after death, experience; Nancy was returned to her body to begin the long, slow process of recovering from injuries her surgeon affirms should have killed her. • Nancy chronicles her experience in her book "Awakenings from the Light." She has also authored "Messages from Heaven," and contributed to the book "Awakened by Death." • Topic Discussion: Is there, life after death, How an Atheist became a Believer. Nancy let's start off by asking you to share the events leading up to your, NDE, experience. I was an, atheist, I was a scientist and I did a lot of science and technical writing up until the time of my, near death experience, I was at a place in my life, late 40s this was about five years ago. I was feeling as if something needed to change. I felt in a rut and I wanted to attribute that to maybe my job or maybe I needed to find a new place to live. I wanted to change something external. That's where I found myself that late fall early winter of 2013 heading into 2014 when the accident happened. I wasn't really a believer in anything other than the physical reality around us. My scientific training taught me that I needed to find evidence, physical evidence. It's tough to measure the spiritual realm from here, on this physical plane of existence. I won't go into too much of the accident itself because that in and of itself can take up a lot of time; but I was as you mentioned in the intro, I was riding my bicycle and was struck by a woman who was texting. I had what I call a dual consciousness experience. During the accident itself where I was able to kind of see the accident happening from outside of my body; but at the same time I was in my body.

How to Use the Universal, Law of Action, for Success in Life | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 8:11

On Today's episode "5 Minutes with Coach Myrna", I teach How to Use the Universal, Law of Action, to achieve Success in Life In the first episode of 5 mins with coach Myrna, I shared the First Universal Law “The Law of Divine Oneness” If you missed that episode please download. I am teaching on the 12 Universal Laws because they are the blue print for a life by design. They are the rules of the game. Life is the only job that we don’t get a manual for and most of us leave this body as clueless as when we were born. Today I want to teach on the: The second Universal Law the, Law of Action, Successful people are future oriented so if you are not taking action towards a vision or goal, you will remain stagnant. Movement creates energy. Newton First Law states - A body in motion stays in motion. If you, take action, towards your goals you will attain them. If you take, MASSIVE action, towards your goals you will attain them much much faster. 1. Because we are spiritual beings having a human experience, your higher self, which is your source, GOD, gives you guidance in the form of thought or dreams. When you act on that guidance it opens the communication for more guidance. Acting on the guidance you get from your higher self will propel you in the direction of your purpose. One way to gauge if you are moving in the direction of your purpose is your emotions. If you feel excited and happy to do the action then you are aligned. If you don't feel good then it is not aligned to your goals or purpose and it is not from your spiritual guide. It is said that we have five voices in our head. You have to be able figure out who is speaking to you when you get direction. If you don't know what action to take. Ask yourself, What does successful people do? Ask yourself again, What do I have to become to do something I have not done before? Taking action usually means stretching yourself to do something you have not done before. The, Law of Action, means taking action in the direction of your goals. Playing to your strengths will not stretch you. You have to go beyond your comfort zone and stretch yourself like a rubber band! Would you like to know what a Life Coach does? A Life Coach prepares you your main goal in life by getting you to your purpose and then holding you accountable to make it happen. Schedule Your Free Strategy Session Strengths can be categorized in two columns. The first column are the ones you are born with and the other, the ones you cultivated. For example Warren Buffet tells the story that he was deathly afraid of public speaking, but he was born with the ability to do math. At a very young age he had the ability to take apart financial statements and understand the true value of a company; but he had zero ability as a speaker. So that was the strength he cultivated. He took action, he joined Toastmasters. The, Law of Action, at work. Tony Robbins teaches that not only should take action; but you should take, MASSIVE action. Most coaches will tell their clients, if you have a goal take some action towards that goal. If you want a Mercedes Benz then order a brochure or go test drive it. If you want to enroll in higher education,

Electromagnetic Pollution, How to Reduce Exposure | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:04:58

What is, electromagnetic pollution,? Don Paris PH.D answers this question and teaches us how to reduce our risk from cell phones, microwave ovens, wi-fi etc. Today on the Transform your Mind with coach Myrna podcast, I continue my conversation with Don Paris, PH.D. Don is an expert in the field of, radionics, electromagnetic pollution, and subtle energies in the spiritual dimension. iTunes Don Paris, Ph.D. is a published author, speaker, video producer, and musician. His book, Regaining Wholeness Through the Subtle Dimensions has been published internationally in German, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, and English. He is known as the guru of the SE-5, the world’s most respected subtle energy instrument. He is well loved for his style of bringing challenging concepts into an easy to understand language and has been a popular speaker at the Global Sciences Congress, Congress of Spiritual Scientists and the United States Psychotronics Association. He has created the most detailed explanation of the principles of Radionics and the most advanced training courses in the entire field. He began exploring the subtle dimensions in the early seventies, and has now trained people in over 30 countries around the world in the workings of Radionics and the subtle dimensional realities. Don was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Human Sciences from the International University of Vitalogical Sciences in Stockholm Sweden in 2000 for his work with the SE-5 and subtle energies. spotify The following is a excerpt from our conversation. I would like to start by asking the question how does the field of Radionics affect your Specialty, subtle dimensions and, Electromagnetic pollution,? That's a difficult question to answer. I agree because it is such a broad and vast field. We're primarily three dimensional creatures, running around with our eyes and our nose and mouth and this other dimension it's more of a spiritual dimension. That's the best way that I could describe it. It's non-physical so since it's non-physical we're attempting to use our physical senses to try to understand something that's non-physical and I think we're making a lot of headway. Radio waves are non-physical they're not really here in the physical realm and yet we've learned how to understand them enough to be able to utilize them to communicate with each other, to see pictures across the world, to detect objects underwater. I mean it's just amazing what we've been able to do with some of these frequencies that are invisible and likewise these subtle energy fields are invisible. They're not something that's directly tangible like for example acupuncture. According to acupuncture medicine, we have these energy streams that run up and down our body. These streams of energy, or subtle energies, if they get blocked will cause disease in the physical body. So these, non-physical energies, these subtle energies, invisible energies, actually have an effect on the physical body. Acupuncture is one of the ways where they put a needle where the blockage is, and then the energy frees up. It starts flowing again just like taking the logs out of a small stream! We also have what we call Chakras from the Indian perspective. These energy lines in the body are also called Nadis and they're governed by the seven major Chakras. We can use Radionics to actually measure the strength of the Chakras and find out if there are any blockages.
