The 1983 classic film The Princess Bride was trending on Twitter this week, and not for good reasons. Sony Pictures Entertainment CEO Tony Vinciquerra told Variety that, "Very famous people whose names I won't use, but they want to redo 'The Princess Bride.'" That set off a Twitter firestorm from stars and fans alike calling the film a classic. Recently, Seth moderated a panel on The Princess Bride with stars Cary Elwes and Chris Sarandon. They regaled the crowd with tales from the film, and touched on the many co-stars from the film including Robin Wright, Billy Crystal, and of course, Andre the Giant. Recorded live at Wizard World Chicago in August 2019, Kevin Conroy and Dean Cain do a joint panel together, entitled Batman vs. Superman. Conroy makes his fourth appearance on the show, and Cain, his first. Cain reflects on the character he played in the iconic TV show Lois and Clark- The New Adventures of Superman. Conroy reflects on the iconic role as the voice of Batman in Batman the Animated Series, Batman Beyond, Justice League, and many subsequent projects. Both actors were asked about the upcoming CW Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover that's coming in December. Conroy is scheduled to play an older Bruce Wayne. Cain has not committed to the project.

In this episode, he discusses the show Gargoyles as well as his other work. Plus, they discuss the current state of comics and how big these properties have become.

Eric Lewald served as the showrunner, while his wife Julia was a writer on the series. Together, they wrote an amazing retrospective on the series in a book entitled "Previously... on X-Men." In this mammoth episode, the Lewalds do a deep dive on this fascinating history. There is nothing ordinary about this episode. It is a deep dive about a great series that has a lot of stories to tell.
