 E2 | Culture: Myth, Facts & Tips | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Today I am talking about one of the most bastardized terms in the human lexicon: culture. It's often used to describe what's going right or wrong with teams or organizations, but we really don't have a good working definition of what culture is, which means it's pretty hard to make changes to it if we don't know what it is. So on this episode I will share a definition I really like and then explain how culture can become stagnant and corrosive and how we can prevent that or fix it if it is happening. Here is a link to the article I reference in the show: Culture Change By Elite Performance Teams (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/232834097_Culture_Change_in_Elite_Sport_Performance_Teams_Examining_and_Advancing_Effectiveness_in_the_New_Era) If you are interested in checking out my course Bought In head over to ArtOfCoaching.com (https://artofcoaching.com/) to do so.
