THE SCARY UNMASKING OF A SPICE GIRL: MEL B'S EX-HUSBAND TELLS ALL — THREESOMES, OVERDOSES, SEX, LIES & VIDEOTAPES | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3114

Mel B’S former hubby trashed the Spice Girl’s “Brutally Honest” memoir as full of lies and omissions — including no mention of the young nanny who she conned into getting an intimate tattoo that read 'Property of Melanie and Stephen!'  Speaking exclusively to "All Rise," Stephen Belafonte — the singer’s 43-year-old ex-husband — pegged manipulative Mel as the driving force behind their kinky sex games during their 10-year marriage that has exploded into one of Hollywood's nastiest divorces ever. The pervy pop star penned a memoir blasting Stephen as a wife-beater. But instead, Stephen, who requested the no-holds barred interview with Dylan Howard, claimed: - He never had a physical altercation with Mel B - Mel B was once hospitalized after a booze and drugs bender and suffered organ failure - After being hospitalized again, claiming he'd thrown her head into a door and beat her — the truth was she was suffering from kidney failure because of a drinking problem - They were forced to get a divorce because Mel B's addictions spiraled out of control - She fleeced their bank accounts prior to the split - She orchestrated a "sick plot" to have their house searched by law enforcement - She cheated on him with a British actor - When fellow Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell, suggested they do a charity show to announce the band was reforming, Mel responded: "F*ck charity, charity doesn't pay the bills." - Mel B's daughter Phoenix lied when she said he'd beat her mother - The pop star seduced Lorraine Gilles — the couple’s live-in nanny of eight years — in 2009 when she was just 18 - Mel B told the blond teen she would make her a “superstar” — but instead used her as a sexual plaything - He never got Lorraine pregnant - Mel B had an affair with a Beverly Hills Cop whose wife was pregnant at the time In one of the most candid tell-all interviews ever, Stephen alleged his ex-later bought Lorraine’s silence, adding: “She knew about Mel’s drug use, how bad she was at parenting ... so Melanie paid to keep her quiet.”  Contacted for comment, Lorraine, now 27, said she had no comment on the blockbuster charges.  The movie producer also fired off on his bitter divorce, scoffing at Mel’s story that he used their bedroom sex tapes as leverage to settle their split quickly. Instead, Stephen told Howard he is in possessions of evidence to prove Mel B — whose slogan is “Girl Power” — candidly acknowledging he never touched her. “Where is that girl power to come in and break up a family?”  “She’s a bully,” he added. “Melanie is not a person who gets beat.”  Guests: Stephen Bellafonte

‘SHE IS GRASPING AT STRAWS!’ CASEY KASEM’S KIDS FIRE BACK AT STEP-MOM WHO CLAIMED SCIENTOLOGY IS BEHIND PLOT TO STEAL LATE DJ’S $80 MILLION FORTUNE | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 975

Jeanne Kasem dropped a bombshell claim on episode four of “All Rise” — that members of the Church of Scientology and her late husband Casey's kids conspired to kill the radio legend for his money! Now, the DJ’s two daughters, are labelling those accusations as blatant lies designed to take the heat off Jeanne herself. “She has said that everybody around me … they’re all Scientologists,” Kerri told Dylan Howard in an exclusive interview, just after she squared off with Jeanne in a Los Angeles courtroom.  "If they were, who cares? None of them are, except me." While Kerri admitted she is a volunteer minister of the controversial religion, she denied the church was in any way involved in the wrongful death suit she has filed against Jeanne.  "I have been with them since 2010," she said. "I am proud of who I am. I love helping people.” Kerri added: “She (Jeanne) is grasping at straws. The only thing she can do is make up stories at this point because we have all the evidence behind us.” Her sister, Julie, added: “She (Jeanne) is literally throwing whatever she can against the wall and hoping it sticks. She is failing right now … She is going to be held accountable.” Casey died in June 2014 in Washington state, where Jeanne took him after removing him from a medical facility in Southern California where he was receiving around-the-clock care. The longtime "American Top 40" host had a form of dementia and severe bedsores when he died. For the latest on the ugly court battle, listen to this "All Rise" bonus episode. Guests: Kerri & Julie Kasem, children of Casey Kasem

IS THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY INVOLVED IN A CASH GRAB FOR CASEY KASEM'S $80 MILLION FORTUNE? PLUS 'MAKING A MURDERER’ STEVEN AVERY’S SECRET POLICE FILES REVEALED! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2484

Even In death, Casey Kasem — the beloved radio icon — is at the center of a brutal three-decade old family feud dominated by greed, spite, intrigue and bitter recriminations.  In opposite corners — and at each other's throats — are Casey's widow, Jeanne, and three children from his first marriage who are suing each other for wrongful death — with accusations on each side that the other hastened the legend's demise. The stunning new charges come as police in Washington open a death investigation case more than four years after Casey's death. Now, in her most comprehensive interview since her husband's 2014 passing, Jeanne reacted to step-daughter Kerri who recently declared on a "48 Hours" episode: “Jean killed my father. What she did led to his death.” Countering those charges exclusively to "All Rise," Jeanne claimed that Kerri was part of an evil plot — along with members of the Church of Scientology — to get their hands on his reputed $80 million fortune and cash in on a $2.1 million dollar life insurance policy! “It was pre-planned,” Jeannie told Dylan Howard. “It’s very clear and it’s very convincing that they wanted to seek physical control of Casey, human traffic him and trap him in a hospital, chemically restrain him and kill him.” Casey died in June 2014 in Washington state, where Jeanne took him after removing him from a medical facility in Southern California where he was receiving around-the-clock care. The longtime "American Top 40" host had a form of dementia and severe bedsores when he died. In a second "All Rise" exclusive, Howard delves beyond the portrait painted of Steven Avery in Netflix’s hit true crime documentary "Making A Murderer." Is he a seemingly harmless man who was wrongfully convicted in the 2005 rape and murder of local photographer Teresa Halbach? According to legal documents exclusively obtained by "All Rise", the truth about Steven’s threatening nature and violence towards women can finally exposed — revealing the 56-year-old father-of-four wrote menacing letters to his ex-wife and he has been accused of assault by more than one woman.  But the allegations and the letters were deemed inadmissible by a judge, so they were never submitted as evidence in his trial for the murder of Teresa Halbach. We probe Steven's former lawyer, Jerry Buting, about these new revelations — and his former client's new attorney, Kathleen Zellner, who has claimed Steven should get a new trial because of Jerry's "ineffective assistance of counsel." Guests: Jeanne Kasem, widow of Casey Kasem Jerry Buting, former lawyer for Steven Avery *** UPDATE AFTER BROADCAST ***   The lawyer who faced criticism from Jeanne Kasem in this episode of “All Rise” provided this statement to producers after the broadcast.   “Every action that I took in the course of the litigation was authorized by the court pursuant to court order and that Jean’s wild conspiracy theories have already been dismissed by the federal court in Washington who entered judgment against her and found that she had no evidence to back up her claims,” attorney Troy Martin said.   Mr. Martin also denied that he is Scientologist, as Jeanne claimed.   “I am not a member of the church of scientology. I’m Jewish. One of my employees was a scientologist and they asked me to speak at his funeral.”

Dog The Bounty Hunter has dramatically rescued Tiger Woods' ex-lover from a Las Vegas sex and drugs den — and the TV hardman is talking only to "All Rise" about the shocking moment former stripper Jamie Jungers, 35, emerged from the vice hole where she traded sex for heroin. "She was 88 pounds when we got her and the handcuffs wouldn’t even go on her wrists because they were so skinny," Dog, whose real name is Duane Chapman, told Dylan Howard in a world exclusive interview. "She was going to die in the next few weeks... These guys were holding her in a house where she was giving sexual favors for drugs." In a blockbuster political scoop, Sean Hannity has smacked down an influential elected official — who’s devoted nearly an entire chapter in his new book to criticizing the prime-time FOX News megastar.  In a 20-page rant, Republican Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska accused Hannity of using fear over facts to influence his millions of viewers.  Fuming about Sean’s top-rated TV and radio programs, Sen. Sasse, 46, railed: “It’s not to promote a particular conservative agenda, or to encourage American patriotism, or even to offer coherent arguments against liberalism. His core cause is to rage!” But speaking exclusively to "All Rise" in a no-holds-barred interview, Hannity slammed Sen. Sasse as a "con man, a liar, a fake and a phony!" It's an interview not to be missed. Plus — the search for missing Wisconsin teen Jayme Closs remains ongoing as FBI investigates additional video, Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald tells Howard.  CONSPIRACY & CAREER CRASH: WAS BOSTON GANGSTER WHITEY BULGER THE VICTIM OF A SET-UP? WAS MEGYN KELLY SIMPLY A SITTING DUCK AT THE PEACOCK NETWORK? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1510

Questions swirl about why prison officials transferred notorious mob boss James "Whitey" Bulger to one of the most dangerous prisons in America. "He was set-up to be murdered," declares former gangster Larry Lawton, who spent 11 years in some of the toughest federal prisons in the United States. The attackers who killed Bulger, 89, at a high-security federal prison in West Virginia tried to cut out his tongue, "All Rise" reveals — as startling new details about the legendary mafia boss' final moments come to light.  Bulger was beaten beyond recognition in the fatal attack. In the world of organized crime, cutting out the tongue is a popular punishment for people who snitch or cooperate with law enforcement officials. The mobster — who ruled Boston’s criminal underground for more than 20 years and stayed on the run for another 16 before his capture — died a day after he was transferred there from another facility. "(It was) total negligence ... they (the prison system) sentenced him to death," declares Larry Lawton, who spent 11 years in some of the toughest federal prisons in the United States. Plus: Is it possible Megyn Kelly was set up after network brass realized she was never a fit for NBC? "All Rise" explores that question and more amid a tumultuous legal battle that began when she defended blackface Halloween costumes, causing massive backlash that led her to apologize. Now she is demanding big bucks to leave the network. "It all comes down to who will blink first … and in light of the ugly information ... my bet is NBC will blink," attorney Richard Roth tells host Dylan Howard. Guests: Larry Lawton, author of “Gangster Redemption” Richard Roth, attorney

Davern breaks his long silence about the ghastly moment he had to identify the Oscar winner’s lifeless body to reveal what he saw.   Guests:   Larry Lawton, author of “Gangster Redemption”   Nik Hatziefstathiou, National Correspondent, The National Enquirer & RadarOnline.com   Dennis Davern, former friend of Robert Wagner and captain of ‘ The Splendor’   Marti Rulli, author, ‘Goodbye Natalie, Goodbye Splendor’

STEVE HARVEY FIRED AFTER A NEW SEX ABUSE & BULLYING SCANDAL! PLUS — IS A NEW MOB WAR ABOUT TO ERUPT … AND WILL THE FEDS LAUNCH AN CRIMINAL PROBE INTO NATALIE WOOD’S 1981 DEATH? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2345

Synopsis:   Showbiz turmoil.   For more than twenty years, Leslie Moonves has been one of the most powerful media executives in America as the chairman and C.E.O. of CBS Corporation. His wife, The Talk host Julie Chen, stepped down in the wake of his demise, while another TV talker, Steve Harvey, lost his long-running talk show to a pop star. We go behind-the-scenes for the inside scoop.   In our second story, America's mob world has been shaken to its core by Gambino family boss Gene Gotti returning to the streets — and his freedom threatens to spark a new organized crime war across the country.   Gene — the younger brother of the infamous Teflon Don, John Gotti, who died in prison in 2002 — served almost 30 years in a federal lockup for heroin trafficking before being sprung on Sept. 14.  But the 71-year-old is now itching to get back to work for “The Family,” sources have told All Rise, and bring old-school mob rules back to their operation, which has tentacles from coast to coast! But are we on the verge of a new underworld war?   Plus: The federal government — including the FBI and the Coast Guard — should launch a fresh investigation into the 1981 death of Natalie Wood. That’s the claim of top law enforcement sources after Dennis Davern, the captain of Natalie’s death yacht, accused the Hollywood beauty’s husband, Robert Wagner, of murdering her.   “It’s a fatality on navigational waters and the Coast Guard has jurisdiction,” attorney Peter Gleason, a retired lieutenant with the Coast Guard Reserve, tells All Rise. “This is not something that should have been handed over to local authorities because it’s Los Angeles. The police going after someone in the movie industry is like law enforcement in Las Vegas going after casinos.”   Guests:   Andy Tillett — News Editor, RadarOnline   Frank DiMatteo — author of “Carmine the Snake: Carmine Persico and His Murderous Mafia Family”   Peter Gleason — attorney and retired lieutenant with the United States Coast Guard

EXCLUSIVE: NATALIE WOOD’S SISTER PLEADS WITH HOMICIDE COPS TO ARREST ROBERT WAGNER OVER ACTRESS’ MYSTERIOUS DEATH | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1605

It has all the elements of a big-screen blockbuster — a beautiful actress, a handsome leading man, a brooding fifth wheel… and a moment of sickening terror with the most horrific consequences. Using in-depth first-hand accounts from new witnesses, a new podcast series titled “Fatal Voyage: The Mysterious Death Of Natalie Wood” series investigates the night Hollywood’s leading lady went missing during the evening of November 28, 1981. To preview the episode, “All Rise” has a world exclusive interview with Natalie’s sister, Lana. EPISODE NOTES: IT’S the unsolved mystery that’s continued to make headlines for over 35 years: What really happened to Natalie Wood? The death of the dark-eyed Hollywood beauty stunned fans around the globe, and nagging questions remain about how Natalie met her end in a watery grave on Thanksgiving weekend in 1981. Now, for the first time, the real story behind the film icon’s life and times in Hollywood is being told in “Fatal Voyage: The Mysterious Death of Natalie Wood.” The fascinating 12-part podcast series will launch on July 20 – the day that the doomed star would have celebrated her 80th birthday. In a blistering new disclosure in episode one, Natalie’s sister Lana says Robert Wagner — a person of interest in the death — should be arrested for questioning. When asked if cops should cuff the Hollywood star, she bluntly tells Dylan Howard: “Yes, I do. And they (the cops) would love to. They have been stalled by the District Attorney.” “I think she was either struck, or pushed into the water and left there,” Lana added. “I don’t believe that is was planned … but I do know she would not have ended up somewhere where she would never ever completely go in a million years [water]. There is too much that doesn’t add up to who Natalie is.” ’ Although the initial coroner’s verdict was “accidental death by drowning,” the investigation into Natalie’s death was officially reopened in 2011. The following year the Los Angeles County Chief Medical Examiner amended her death certificate to “drowning and other undetermined factors” after the ship’s captain changed his story. In February 2018, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department held a press conference to announce they were asking witnesses in the case to come forward. “Fatal Voyage: The Mysterious Death Of Natalie Wood” premieres July 20, 2018 on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Play, and wherever podcasts are available!
