There are over 84,000 people who suffer from Alzheimer's in Orange County alone and at least 34,000 Caregivers. All of us knows someone whose been affected by this debilitating disease in some fashion, whether as a patient or caregiver.
Cathy O’Dowd was the first woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest climbing from both sides. Cathy, shares about the expedition in a way that may surprise people. Her focus is on the importance of team work and relationships with the other climbers and how the experience gave her a much greater insight to human behavior. Cathy’s Everest experience and her success to the summit, paved the path to a career in motivational speaking on how to build a strong team and work environment.
