Wyoming 5-4 in favor of the Crow Tribe. In doing so, the Court determined that 1868 language guaranteeing the Tribe a right to hunt on the "unoccupied lands of the United States so long as game persists" is valid today. What does this decision mean? Not as much as you might think...yet. Listen as Dave and Nephi break down the decision.
