Sometimes all it takes is just one student to change everything in your classroom.  Usually there are multiple reasons that might explain a child's behavior.  Regardless of reason... all it takes is just one student. 

Embrace being a lazy teacher... It's just a reality.  It doesn't mean we're bad teachers, just the opposite.  Most of the best teachers in the profession are just that.  Lazy...
