The growth that 24 Hour Home Care has seen over the last 12 years has been completely organic. Iwamoto, who serves as the president, has seen his company make the Inc. 5000 list recognizing the fastest growing companies in the country for eight years straight. That success is due to the company’s ability to make innovative partnerships, its team and its ability to adapt on the fly -- like it did when COVID-19 arrived in California. The biggest, however, is its “secret sauce,” Iwamoto said.
