Floyd is a horticulturist/gardener and founder of the Canarsie Neighborhood Community Garden. In addition he also recently founded, Ganja War Veterans For Equity and acts as a major Cannabis Advocate in NY. Armed with knowledge and a passion for community, Mr. Jarvis walks us through his journey in farming and cannabis advocacy not to mention his deep knowledge of Rastafarianism and much more. The film is entitled, Yusuf Hawkins: Storm Over Brooklyn, and tells the story of a black teenager who was murdered in 1989 by a group of young white men in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
