Epic Every Day
Summary: We live in a world of overwhelm—not enough time, not enough energy, not enough money... the list of not-enoughness could go on and on. Most of us can only dream of finding margin. Most of us struggle to have time, energy, etc. to really fulfill God's calling in our lives, to be the people He's designed us to be. Without changing how we live, we will never find margin to thrive. Epic Every Day is about transforming each moment from the inside out, creating margin in that moment by using the CSC's. Living in the CSCs is a state of being; being calm, surrendered, centered, connected, and complete. They are an adaptation of Peter Ralston's Tai Chi principles and can also be found all over the Bible. Being in the CSCs can transform each moment into a place of freedom and enough-ness, no matter what your circumstances are.

Surrender is the quickest route to peace—way more effective than squashing emotions. When we try to control our situation, it just ends up getting us stuck at point A instead of getting us closer to point B. It is possible to have much better self-talk through surrender. Despair is disconnect from reality. Your reality is full of hope because you have been created by God for a purpose.
