Elin Rose is an Icelandic e-commerce entrepreneur and sailor behind the Sailopreneur business.  She sells on Amazon and Ebay and built those businesses from scratch. She wasn't always an entrepreneur.  She graduated university in 2013 and decided quickly the full-time 9 to 5 job wasn't for her.  She wanted to take weeks off at a time to sail.  After a few low-cost sailing trips, Elin decided she wanted this to be her life and found a way to fund that lifestyle through a successful e-commerce business. Tawcan is Taiwanese and Canadian. His wife is Danish and Canadian. Their kids have Canadian citizenship and could possibly get Danish citizenship too. This dual citizenship opens up tremendous doors for their family. How does hitting financial independence in your early thirties sound? After two layoffs and a rocky start to his career, Grant Sabatier taught himself Google advertising, got a certification,  and built a six-figure business. At his max, he had 52 clients and 11 income streams coming in. He put his head down for 5 years, working as hard as he possibly could and saving over 80% of his income. He came out in the end with $1.25M (enough money to live on for the rest of his life). He has since quit his business to focus full time on his passion, which is spreading awareness of personal finance and financial independence. We chat about... Evita Robinson is the founder of Nomadness Travel tribe, a community of over 17,000 black travelers. She launched the tribe in 2011 and since then, has helped lead over thirty international group trips, led an RV tour to historically black colleges and universities, launched a web series with Issa Rae, and launched the first conference for millennial travelers of color.
