My Dieting Life
Summary: The logo each week will feature the guest. When I started Eat To Perform I quickly realized my dieting experience was similar to others, we talk about the good and bad to try and find answers to some tough questions.
Wendy is new to Eat To Perform which is why I thought she would make a great guest. Sadly her story is all too relatable but it does have a really happy ending.
Jenni's energy requirements are obscene, her calories have been as high as 4300 and that's for a 147 pound female. Her dieting life is interesting because she never really dieted (except for one short lived moment she talks about). I thought it would be interesting for you guys to hear about the life of a life long non-dieter.
