Well. When I started thinking and writing about this episode...COVID-19 wasn’t a pandemic. This episode is called Thinking Time, Pondercast’s first episode to address what is coming up as we all struggle to adapt to massive change.

This episode was inspired by an idea by Joshua. He was thinking about breath and breathing when he wrote these pieces of music. So I picked up on that theme and Breathing Lessons is the result. So take a deep breath, and let’s time travel; from your first breath to your last.
