As you may have noticed Cultural Manifesto has been 'off-air' the last two weeks due to NPR's coverage of the Republican and Democratic conventions. Continuing loosely on that theme, this week's edition of Cultural Manifesto will look back at a pair of interviews I recorded in 2015 featuring Indianapolis artists sharing their concerns over the policies and rhetoric of Mike Pence and Donald Trump. My guests will be 2014 ArtPrize winner Anila Quayyum Agha, and papel picado maestro Beatriz Vasquez.
