In This episode I talk my my friend Jessie about her journey of discovering and addressing her disordered eating habits after she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She talks a lot about intuitive eating and how this has helped her. Here are a list of resources Jessie mentions in the podcast: Books: - Health At Every Size by Linda Bacon - this explains the science of metabolism and weight loss and why diets don't work as well as what diets do to our body on a physiological level.
