Today Aaron and Mitch talk about an opinion from Judge Neil Gorsuch in 2008 regarding education standards for students on an IEP. Judge Gorsuch has been getting a lot of attention recently because he is in the middle of hearings to become the next Supreme Court Justice. His decision from 2008 was recently unanimously overturned recently because he said schools only had to do something more than the bare minimum with IEP students.
