Two Dope Dads

The boys are back in town for a podcast, chin wag and a bit of a lip flap. The lads crack into BOTW whilst Davey chats Tiny's visit to the Wiggles and her terrible run with sickness. Shane compares Coopers to Crafts and also has some news to share... Coffee guts, dog anal glands, wildlife obsessions and St Kilda skid-marks are all on board this packed episode of 2DD.

Davey and Shane take off their dad hats for a hot minute and jump into the 2DD bunker for a bit of yapping fun. Davey admits he's not great at listening to peoples recommendations and also is guilty of having a potty mouth. Shane talks about his family vaycay to Bali and gets light headed with a gigantic swan. The boys talk bed time troubles with the girls, toilet training and recollect delivery room stories. BOTW as always with a bit of current event chat and some first timer stories...

Feeding horses, an anniversary, death and a crow chimes in with a few squawks.

Davey & Shane are back baby! Finally found some time to get back down to the bunker and have a chin wag. Has been a while between drinks. The boys chat camping trips and baby updates. Davey takes a ride over the NT, takes Tiny to the Zoo and also visits the dentist for the first time in a long time. Shane gets bullied by 4 year olds and searches for the line between comedy and parenting. A double up on BOTW because... why not?!? It's good to be back!!

Episode #37.5: Update w/ Davey by Two Dope Dads

Davey & Shane are back at it but this time from two remote locations. Davey finds himself in the Barossa Valley while Shane has bunkered down in his laundry. The boys get into it with some baby talk, childcare pick ups, tantrums & comfort items. Davey talks time away from the family, cabs & Valentines Day while Shane talks Gumbuya World, therapy & a very sad story about the family dog. A triple threat 'Lets Get Weird' and a double dose of 'BOTW' with a side of conspiracy talk. Also the little chicken nugget is back in town.

Davey's away in Radelaide but Charlie pops in to tell us about kinder, tigers, vampires and her favourite new show 'Zig & Sharko'.

Davey & Shane hit the dope dad hot tub this week as the Melbourne weather scorches to sweaty measures. The boys chat summer sickness, tattoos and CBD oil as Shane and Blake have an odd encounter with a breathing spell. Davey brings up cigarette smokers and also dives into the X-Files while Shane has his own segment dedicated to him with 'Shane Gets Weird'. The dads get serious for a second with anxiety, therapy and hypnosis but quickly get back to farts and BOTW as always.

Davey & Shane are back for a 2DD chin wag after a break over the silly season. Christmas & New Years are done and the boys crack into fresh fades, camping and Popp's perfectly timed bathroom breaks. Tiny is off to childcare and Davey is not too sure how to take it whilst Charlie is kinder kid now, beaming with energy. Shane encounters his first bath time poop & also drops some weirdness, the boys double dose on 'BOTW' and cover the painful past time of waxing.

The audio is pretty shitty so apologies for that, we’ll have it fixed before the next episode. It's Christmas and the TDD are back after a few weeks break due to biblical rain, end of work celebrations, oh... and Davey got married. The boys chat Davey's wedding, cheeky toddlers and Christmas movies. Davey visits the museum whilst something catches his eye, Shane plucks another LGW from his endless bag and the first encounters with pot.

Davey & Shane are at it again at 2DD HQ, and the lovely Melbourne weather has the boys crack straight into BOTW and get a good public service vent outta the way. Childcare prices are on the menu, whilst Tiny visits the open range zoo and Blake and Charlie both get a lesson on biting. Shane gets weird and Davey gives a hack on cheap home-brew coffee. The boys wrap things up with everyone's favourite subject, a good Ol' poo chat.

Davey & Shane are back in the 2DD studio this week and hit the ground running with a mini UFC 217 recap, the blur that was Davey's bucks day, walking babies with a round of applause, hunting and meat consumption. The boys fling out a few Netflix recommendations and also touch on the craziness that is going on with Hollywood power players at the moment. 'BOTW' as always and a tinker with a new conspiracy segment. Davey & Shane leave you with a little rap made by a mutual friend for Davey's bucks do.

Davey & Shane are back in the dad-cave for another chin wag, talking imaginary friends, tantrums, heart explosions and the phenomenon that is 'The Wiggles'. Davey's time as a SAHD is coming to an end and tiny girl has turned one. Blakey has a little mishap, the boys discuss the origins of 'Two Dope Dads' and get a little deep. Beer of the week as always and Shane finds religion with a return of 'Highdeas'.

Davey and Shane had a chat the night before the AFL Grand Final last week, listen in and enjoy x. Apologies for the title and episode write up, I'm posting this the week after the recording and forgot what we spoke about mostly, "silly pothead" he says to himself as he shakes his head slowly. Davey normally writes these up, anyway it was a great chat, probably filled with the usual amount of nonsense.
