NDT Scouting Draft Dudes

The Dudes are joined by the entire NDT Scouting game to celebrate the arrival of the 2017 NFL Draft. Joe and Kyle sit down and chat with National Scouts Roger Dixon Jr, Scott Bischoff, Eliot Crist and Jon Ledyard and discuss four prominent talking points regarding this year's draft, including "I told you so" players and evaluations each respective analyst feels the most confident in as the draft arrives.

The Dudes wrap up their positional group summaries with defensive backs with just three days until the kickoff of the 2017 NFL Draft. Looking deep into the cornerback and safety prospects, Joe and Kyle exchange thoughts and share their rankings and expectations.

Friday is here and so is the Dudes' recap of the defensive front seven! Kyle and Joe take turns offering their brief analysis of many of the 62 front seven defenders they looked at for the 2017 NFL Draft. Kyle lands a haymaker in the first minute of the show.

It's time to give the "big uglies" some love! The Dudes break out their offensive tackle and interior offensive line ranks; discussing at length the merits of top prospects Cam Robinson, Garret Bolles and Ryan Ramczyk. Kyle goes into detail as to why he's changed and only mildly high on Troy's Antonio Garcia. Joe professes his love for Lamp and Dan Feeney. The Dudes also introduce the Rapid Fire concept to keep the takes short and the names constant.

Fresh off their battle of the boards, Joe and Kyle unite and talk about the status of the offensive backfield prospects for the 2017 NFL Draft. Centered around Quarterbacks and Running Backs, this is the first of a five episode series to carry the Dudes all the way through to the start of the 2017 NFL Draft on Thursday, April 27th. Kyle and Joe talk at length today about their belief in firm starting QB prospects, scheme specificity, scheme fits and more for both the Quarterbacks and Running Backs. Kyle makes the case for six three down RBs in the class instead of the four that Joe considers and more.

It's time for the Game of Boards! Kyle and Joe take turns grilling each other on individual prospect assessments on each other's 2017 NFL Draft boards. Kyle and Joe each conducted three hundred assessments as part of their work for NDT Scouting's 2017 Premium content and the final results have the two with much to discuss. This special episode tips the scales at an hour and fifteen minutes as the two take a deep dive into their Composite Board and get into specifics of approximately twenty to thirty players eligible for the 2017 NFL Draft.

Kyle is joined by fellow FanRag Sports NFL Draft analyst Jon Ledyard to discuss the merits of cornerbacks with sloppy feet, notable technicians among this year's class, where it is easiest to identify true technicians at a respective position and much, much more. Jon Ledyard helped tackle the Inside the Pylon 2017 NFL Draft Guide and he also speaks about what the experience was like and the two discuss in room bias and how little the margins between player rankings can be at times.

Joe plays hooky; so Kyle takes questions from fans on Twitter. Topics range from Christian McCaffrey's potential as a top 10 player, an overrated and underrated prospect in the class, Takk McKinley's fluctuating narrative and more.

You know what time it is. The Dudes chill out at the water cooler to pass the time and things get a little hairy as Joe puts Kyle's final board to the fire. Kyle defends his stances on Ahkello Witherspoon and Solomon Thomas.

It's time for another SEC prospect with the Dudes. Joe Marino and NDT Scouting National Scout Roger Dixon Jr. speak at length with Florida LB Jarrad Davis. Davis goes in depth to discuss his legacy with the Florida program, who he modeled his game after coming up, his work ethic and how he wants his presence felt in every football game.

FanRag Sports' own Ethan Young joins Kyle and Joe to talk about his new SEMTEX model of production based predictive analytics for college Quarterbacks. Ethan's model debuted earlier this week at FanRag Sports and made waves for it's classifications for this year's NFL Draft prospects at the position. Ethan's model brings a significant level of historical data to back up his approach.

Welcome back to the water cooler! Joe and Kyle vent about the concept of "draft stock", recency bias and why the heck nobody is talking about Alabama's Eddie Jackson in this class of quality safety prospects. A future Madden league is also born as we find out Joe's sorry state of video gaming affairs.

Celebrate the start of another week closer to the NFL Draft with the Draft Dudes! Kyle and Joe are joined by Texas A&M Wide Receiver Josh Reynolds to talk about some of the differences between spread and pro sight adjustments and how he's grown as a receiver since entering the college ranks. Josh will have his Pro Day on Wednesday, March 29th.

Alabama Crimson Tide DE/OLB Tim Williams stops in to chat with the Draft Dudes about the art of rushing the passer. Tim shares with Kyle and Joe some of the specifics about his landmarks and mental process when approaching the line; as well as dishing on what the culture at Alabama was like under Coach Saban.
